Very nice hotel and front desk staff is so helpful. We arrived around 11am and she let us check in early. Walking distance to all tourist attractions.

The hotel location is great and central and both amenities and staff were excellent - including the restaurant (which served first class fare at a reasonable price).  Pedro in the restaurant and lobby areas was particularly delightful.  The room was very spacious and comfortable, other than a bit noisy in the mornings.  Staff helped arrange tours and outings in the area, which were excellent.

Overall it's pretty good. It's great to have a hotel like this in an old building in the old city.

The hotel front desk is not very good. They can't answer questions about travel and food. There are too few breakfast varieties. The shower head in the shower room fell off when it was hung up, so I had to hold it with my hands. There was a big gap in the door of the room and I didn't feel safe at all (as shown below). I don't understand why it can be rated five stars.
