Convenient location close to Zocodover but on a quiet side street. Inside is nicely remodeled. There is no reception. There is a check-in machine at the entrance and the hotel sends you a code the day before you check in. I had no problems but the couple in front of me took a long time and appear a bit frustrated. Breakfast was included and it was very good. The lady working in the breakfast room is very nice and courteous.

We understand the hotel was recently renovated, and thus, even though the building is old, our room was modern and comfortable. We even had our own rooftop balcony! The owner introduced himself at breakfast and was very helpful in getting us reservations for dinner. The young woman who put out breakfast every morning was very sweet and helpful. The location of the hotel (not far from Plaza Zocodover) was quite convenient.

Perfecta ubicación junto a la plaza de Zocodover. La habitación, aunque con una distribución y diseño algo diferente a lo habitual, era exactamente tal cuál se indicaba, limpia y espaciosa. Y contaba con todo lo necesario, incluido un secador. Incluso había una cafetera y unas cápsulas como detalle de bienvenida. La atención telefónica ante cualquier duda o problema, se hace de manera rápida y eficaz. Y el desayuno tipo buffet, estupendo. La verdad es que nos encantó.

Está situado inmejorable, entre el parking del Miradero y la plaza de Zocodover. El checking es súper cómodo con una máquina dispensadora. Lo más importante, las habitaciones súper limpias, cama grande y cómoda. Desayuno muy completo y precio fenomenal. Absolutamente recomendable.

Certes ce n’est pas un hôtel mais cela nous a beaucoup plu : chambres B&B modernes dans un vieux bâtiment plein de charme, extrêmement bien situé (mais impossible d’y accéder en voiture, se garer temporairement au parking a 5 mn a pied, en passant par la place pour ne pas avoir la dizaine de marches à monter). Nous avions la chambre 10 qui bénéficie d’une terrasse privative sur le toit accessible de la chambre : extra ! Propreté parfaite, un mini frigo pour rafraîchir les boissons. Petit déjeuner tout à fait correct, servi dans la salle en souplex. Le check-in se fait via un automate, avec assistance téléphonique en cas de besoin. Il est néanmoins conseillé de bien connaître la personne avec qui vous voyagez car la salle de bains est ouverte, et les toilettes ne sont fermées que par une porte dépolie, qui donne dans l’entrée pour cette chambre donc pas très gênant. Pour la voiture. possibilité de se garer au parking public gratuit en contrebas de la vieille ville, qui est à 6-7 mn par les escalators

Por donde empiezo, pues a ver . Primero:según entramos en la habitación nos encontramos un nevera , pero como tirada en el suelo , lo normal que la hubieran puesto encima de un mueble . Segundo: encendemos el aire , porque hacia frío , ya q si te quieres duchar pues la verdad no se estaba bien.Pues nada aire acondicionado, se me ocurre llamar a un teléfono que tenía de contacto y me dicen que puede ser que hayan puesto el frío , y que me llamaría para confirmar, ni caso todavía estoy esperando Tercero: El secador como si no hubiese, frío total. Cuarto: la mini TV , para apargar teníamos que desenchufar del cable , vamos que el mando no funcionaba. Tienen cápsulas de café , pero no se sabe si son descafeinado o con cafeína. Otra cosa que el baño está abierto a la habitación. Intimidad ninguna. Lo único bueno qué nos gusto fue el desayuno, bastante completo.

Excelente. Esta ubicado justo en la plaza Zocober, decoración moderna y con mucho gusto. La habitación que teníamos era espectacular. La climatizados funciona perfectamente y el desayuno de 10. No puedo poner nada negativo. Totalmente recomendable.

Habitaciones muy limpias, bien equipadas y nuevas. El desayuno súper completo y el personal muy atento y amable. Si vuelvo a Toledo repetiré la experiencia. De lo mejorcito, en cuanto calidad/precio.
