Last minute booking en route from Madrid to Torrox - good value, very clean and cheerful, helpful staff. Some way out of the city, which wasn't an issue for us as it was a quick stopover. Thoroughly enjoyable meal on the terrace in front of the hotel

Un hotel muy interesante. Una muy buena opción si, por ejemplo, se va a Puy du Fou (a escasos 10 mimitos). Habitaciones com todo lo necesario. Modernas y cómodas. Muy buena atención, fácil de aparcar y el desayuno más que suficiente. Una grata sorpresa.

La chica de recepción muy Grosera, si preguntas por una reserva no hay problema, pero si hablas de q tienes un cofre vip, te dice q está caducado y q tiene q trabajar mucho y cuelga. Cosa q no es cierto q esté caducado,por q acto seguido he llamado a otro hotel de Toledo y no me han puesto ningún problema

Hôtel horrible, froid, sans âme, chambres sales, salle de bain sale, et en plus très très cher. Je ne vous parle même pas du personnel et du déjeuner une véritable catastrophe. Si vous vous rendez à Tolède, il fait absolument éviter cet hôtel !!!!!!!

Personal de los de antes , veteranos y con experiencia ,la comida muy buena, tiene profesionales de toda la Vida , parquing la puerta ,, a cinco minutos del centro , sitio muy bien montado , limpio y ordenado , y el dueño al pie del Cañón , no hay más que decir , fantástico!

Instalaciones normalitas, restaurante a la carta (la cambian todos los días), trato del personal bastante aburrido/triste. Cerca de Puy du fou. 5 min en coche al casco histórico de Toledo. Me esperaba más para el precio. Se puede aparcar fuera sin problema.

Hotel velho com cortinas, colchas com cheiro de mofo, ar condicionado quebrado no quarto, quarto muito antigo, durante a noite percebi que o ar condicionado não estava funcionando, pedi ajuda para a recepção e a funcionária da tarde/ início da noite, super gentil e prestativa, falou que ia enviar alguém, passei a noite toda sem ar e ninguém apareceu, pela manhã relatei o caso para uma funcionária oriental, super rude e arrogante que estava no corredor no monto que sai do quarto o ocorrido que se limitou a apontar para o quarto que ela estava na porta e dizer que o ar daquele quarto estava funcionando, café da manhã e equipe da cozinha muito bons, apesar de caro, não recomendo esse hotel nem para o meu pior inimigo
