I liked that it was clean and in the middle of town but i didnt like when it said breakfast was included it was just cerial and cinnamon buns

I was not at all pleased when I arrived and was notified that I owed a cash deposit. They said they emailed me, but I never received an email. I did not have cash on me. I had my debit card and credit card I had to argue with them to take either my debit or credit card, which is typical of hotels to do for your deposit, I also had to argue to be able to pay the deposit for the second room. I reserved for my son. They said he had to pay the deposit, even though the room was charged to an under my credit card.

Where do I start? We got into our room, all was well. AC was off, which was ok but we turned it on, it started up and didn’t cool the room off whatsoever. After 3-4 hours we asked to be moved as it was hot. They moved our rooms. The next morning the manager pretty much called me a liar and told me the AC was fine.
Another thing, they give you one pillow, they do not give you any more, so don’t ask.
At check out, the “manager”threatened to keep my $50 incidental deposit because we used two rooms.
The hotel and room itself wasn’t horrible. The rooms look up to date but needed some work.

I stayed one night but did not feel comfortable. The bed was old, springy and a hair was on the bottom sheet. I used my personal sleeping bag on the mattress. Poor light in the bathroom. No amenities. The “breakfast” was totally inadequate. I was booked for three nights but left after the first. Went to another motel chain. No refund. In fact the management argued with me about my opinion of the quality and didn’t offer any amount of refund. They did give me another room when I saw and complained about the first room they had me in

The mirror in the vanity was broken. One of the paintings had a broken glass for the frame. The restroom was disgusting with stains in the tub, on the toilet seat, and on the floor and walls. My daughter refused to use the restroom all night. There were dents in the freezer door and nicks in the wall as if furniture had been pushed too hard against it or possibly someone had punched the walls.

I will never stay in this hotel again, they have bugs all over the floors, when we left for the day, the cleaning staff didn't make one of the 2 beds, didn't clean the tub or the sink. The "breakfast" consisted of old, stale pastries, coffeepot in the room didn't work and the coffee in the office/breakfast room was so weak I couldn't drink it! I had to go next door to McDonald's for coffee!!

They try to charge extra fir everything wanted non smoking they said it be extra 25$ holes in walls and in the blanets rude staff tv did not work

This hotel does not look as nice as the photos. The hotel is run down, dirty, the water was brown and the bathtub and walls had stains. You only get 3 thin towels and when we asked for more towels the guy at the counter questioned why we needed more towels because he obviously didn’t want to provide more towels. I should have know this was going to be the experience because as I was checking in another individual was on the phone arguing with the booking company trying to get a refund because the photos were false advertisements.

Mold on the mirror and in the shower. Toilet had pee on it. Tv was broken. Keycard takes 30 seconds to open the door. Awful place to spend the night. I didn't even stay for the second night we reserved. Losing the money was worth it
