In the old hotel, the stairs and facilities are a bit outdated. The lights in the corridors of the elevator's front room have not been turned on. 優點：前台服務挺好的，存包什麼的都沒問題，我是去考試的，主要就看中了離五中考點真的很近，尤其賓館會開東門，走路不到四百米左右就到了，真的很快很方便，中午還能好好休息一下，衞生的話，每天都會打掃，疊被子，給新的礦泉水，也還不錯。缺點：超級冷！我是12月底住的在4樓，可沒把我凍死，有空調開了一夜也白費，我自己又買了電褥子和暖貼還有熱水袋，反正供熱是真差啊，可能是舊樓的原因，這點特別不好，簡直配不上它的檔次和價位了，希望以後能改善。價格太貴，但是相應的體驗感很差，性價比一般。房間牆上的電源第一天有電，第二天居然沒了，太離譜了。圖片當時沒來得及拍，就隨便配一張了。

設施：洗澡水流小 位置好，旁邊公園可以放花

應該是九十年代的裝修，不過保持的還可以，花灑衹有四個孔出水，洗澡比較艱難，衞生有待提高，不怕房間老舊，最怕衞生不過關。

就是有點冷，別的都好，停車方便，房間寬敞。洗澡的時候水流很大，不像別的酒店用的熱水器，一會兒就沒有熱水了。

一看就知賓館是個老三星，雖然設施舊了，但是服務大致保持，尤其衞生還是保持了原標準，這一點必須專門點個贊，下次再去一定還住這裏。説到位置，旁邊有個小安湯包，那湯包太好吃了，各種的菜品品種繁多，那叫個實惠，味道也很好，去住店的客人一定要去品嚐一下。

每次回通遼都去住，成了懷舊和情懷，隔音好，氣派的大堂訴説著曾經的輝煌。停車方便，大氣。喜歡賓館的早餐，餡餅是最愛。早餐時的馬頭琴演奏，會帶給我很多回憶。價格比很多賓館低，再回去還會住。就是裝修有些年了。
