特別棒，特別棒
吃的好，全是農家土菜，蔬菜當天採摘，特別新鮮，就是跟家裡燒的不一樣，味道很鮮美，住了兩三天，胖了好多，實在沒忍住，太好吃了
不吃肉的我，吃了好幾頓土豬肉，太香了，小時候的味道
住的好，山間別墅 ，周圍全是樹，鳥語花香，那種非常老的樹 空氣特別清新，特別是早上和晚上
房價雖然比一般的要貴一點
但是山裡的空氣，是花錢也買不到的
還有温泉，真温泉，這次我們沒有泡，配套很全
還有瑜伽館，乒乓球室，健身房
我們都沒有時間去
江南12景，我上去的時候下班了
就站在門口看了一眼 乖乖，滿山的映山紅，太美了
服務態度特別好
有天晚上看篝火晚會 回酒店途中下雨了
路上看到電瓶車
我就本能的吼了一嗓子
師傅就停下來，等我們跑過去
太感動了
有一天到景區已經快5點了
接待小姐姐説明天再來吧
我説幾點來
小姐姐説8點上班
但是你明天9點來吧
明天9點之前可能有雨
服務太周到
感覺特別的真誠
就是山裡人的那種樸實勤勞的感覺
對對對，還有衞生
特別乾淨
我先訂了兩天
我説先住住看
如果衞生好就續住
後來又續住了兩天
確實不錯
沒事來度度假
就在山裡聽聽鳥叫，發發呆
吃吃東西，散散步
非常享受

六月就種草的一家酒店因為當時天氣不好一直下雨所以沒有成行，這次為了給家人過一個難忘的生日，提前三週就鎖定了房間，當日舉家出行，如期到達，一行七人，定了兩套別墅房間：一套豪華兩室一廳和一套景觀親子，辦理入住時前台告知景觀親子房還在打掃中，讓我們先去另一套休息，打掃好了再電話聯繫我，我們在小管家陳姣姣的帶領下來到了8號別墅，我們非常滿意這套樓上樓下兩個房間雙衞的房型，樓下主卧的景觀浴室太出片了😄，為了方便聯繫加了陳小姐的微信，入住期間有何需要都和她聯繫，都能得到滿意回覆，推薦了村裡不同的餐飲讓我們入住期間可以嘗試一下，在她的推薦下我們在江南味道嚐了特色小吃也體驗了用銅錢購物，第二天晚餐在主體賓館二樓包間享用了特色農家菜，第三天在養生堂吃了自助午餐，得知我們要去犁橋水鎮建議我們看夜景下午五點前到，得知我家人受涼擔心感冒想網購葯品備用無果時主動表示有需要的話第二天幫忙購買，雖然不需要但衝著她這主動服務的精神必須點贊👍度假村自帶的景色美不勝收，四周走走都很出片，在風景裏生活的好處就是不用趕景點，在這空氣清新風景優美的地方待着悠閑的度假就是我們此行的目的。以為衹有入住當天有的歡迎水果，沒想到天天都有贈送，也算錦上添花，房間打掃的乾乾淨淨，備品充足，最辛苦的當屬這些客房服務員，見面主動熱情，禮貌問好，有求必應有賓至如歸之感，在去江南十二景的路上，看到她們肩扛手提布草備品上上下下真是不容易。景區裏自帶的九寶温泉，適合爬山後去泡泡解解乏。在這裏度假是明智的選擇，家人們都非常滿意，希望我們下次再見！

環境：度假村環境 五顆星，非常棒，整個景區硬件打造很好，很有江南園林特色。
設施：四顆星，酒店設施略老舊，但還是比較乾淨。
服務：四顆星，酒店服務還不錯，但景區電瓶車有點不夠用。
餐飲：自助早餐很不錯，五顆星，健康有特色。
小吃街不行，兩顆星，沒啥好吃的，種類少，價格不便宜。

小鎮很適合慢生活，温泉也不錯，房間裝修的有些復古。低齡小朋友玩兒也挺適合，下次可以考慮**訂，便宜很多

訂了三間房，兩間很滿意，但另一間完全湊數。價格一樣，但完全不在同一檔次。跟前台對接後，説房源緊張，但品質不同可以降價啊，不能這樣對待消費者

整體環境好，幽靜。房間不錯，但內部樓梯多啊，且陡。很容易摔跤。而且，説我們沒有從**上直播間訂房，所以沒有一些優惠。對於不玩**人來説不太友好。

房間大小合適，適合一家四口入住，晚上很安靜，空氣很清新，服務人員很貼心，還專門送了水果，擺渡車接送遊玩 小吃街 小童樂園，一家四口泡了温泉，感覺很棒。

酒店環境：這個酒店環境優美，各項設施都很齊全。清晨漫步在酒店園區內，聽着溪流鳥鳴聲，聞着花香味讓人心情舒暢，不愧為養心聖地！酒店內從前台接待到餐廳服務員態度都很好，也是非常熱情。房間內乾淨整潔，也很寬敞。關鍵是離江南十二景區就500米，步行幾分鐘就到，總之這趟旅行非常不錯！
