Great hotel with helpful staff. Had a language barrier with ordering room service but staff worked with me to figure out everything and food was outstanding. Also a very nice buffet breakfast and dinner.

A very warm hotel. The first time I met a lady at the front desk, she accompanied me throughout the process of choosing a room. Later, I learned that it was Manager Qian who received us. As a hotel manager, she is not only outstanding in appearance but also very professional. She gave us a detailed introduction to the room facilities and hotel services. After checking in, since it was dinner time when we arrived at the hotel, she heard that we wanted to dine in the hotel and personally took us to visit the restaurant on the first floor. During the chat, she keenly discovered that I had a bit of a nasal voice. After asking about my cold, she asked the front desk to prepare hot brown sugar ginger tea for me and wait for me to return to the room. Since I went out very late and came back, I forgot about the brown sugar water. I didn't expect Manager Qian to wait until late at night and still care about whether I came back. As soon as I entered the door, the waiter brought me hot brown sugar ginger tea, which was so warm. When I checked out, three or four front desk ladies were very warm and polite to say hello and goodbye to me, and prepared yogurt and hot mineral water for me to take on the road. I have stayed in so many five-star hotels, but none of them are as heartwarming as this hotel's front desk. In the future, Jinling Grand Hotel Tongquetai, Tongling will definitely be my first choice.

The hotel has convenient parking and quick check-in. The front desk took the initiative to upgrade our room. The beautiful lady Xiao Wu provided excellent service, gave us yogurt, and escorted us to the room. The room was very clean and tidy, and the room was also very quiet.

The lake view room faces the artificial lake in the east, and the view is very good, as shown in Figure 2. The whole hotel is named after copper, and the Tongque Tower, the interior and the back garden all have Han Dynasty architectural styles, which are very beautiful. The front desk sent two bottles of hot mineral water after check-out, which is very considerate.

Booked this hotel for my parents and my brother's family. The elderly were very satisfied with the stay. They said the environment was good, the service was good, the staff was very enthusiastic and polite, and my nephew also liked it very much. It was very emotionally valuable. Next to it is Jiangnan Cultural Park, which is very convenient for eating and drinking. I will choose Tongquetai again next time I come back. Thank you very much.

This time I stayed at Tongling Tongquetai Jinling Hotel, which was very good! The hotel is old, but the key is that the beauties at the front desk are all very beautiful and the service is very thoughtful! I only booked breakfast for one person in the room I booked, and the beautiful girl named Wu at the front desk helped me upgrade it for one person. I had a very pleasant stay! The scenery of the hotel is also very good, superb, and a small gourd was given as a gift

If I had more time, I could bring running shoes and run around the Tianjing Lake. The sunset at the lake at the door is beautiful.
