Conrad Tonglu is adjacent to Fenshui Town and is a resort hotel worth checking in. The entire check-in process was very good, especially the service of DM Momoco was very pleasant. The hotel called several times to communicate and confirm the itinerary before check-in, and actively provided services and solved problems after check-in. The service awareness of the entire team is good. In terms of hardware, the linens in the room are very comfortable, and the hair dryer is Panasonic Na8. Finally, I don’t have to take out my own hair dryer. It’s not easy! But the overall decoration style of the hotel is not what I like. The small black tables and chairs in the lobby look very cheap, and the original wood-colored floor at the junction of the public area is very shabby in the hotel that is less than 5 years old, and the sensory perception is not good. In addition, although a room with a great orientation was arranged, it was still quite uncomfortable to look out of the balcony to a villa area. This is also a common problem in Sanya hotels. Obviously, the owner wants to make money by selling houses. This time we checked in on a weekday. There are not many breakfast categories, but the taste is still quite good. After all, the Conrad brand has not been known for its catering, but this one is not a shortcoming.

The environment is very beautiful, and the lakeside trail is also very comfortable. A rare pet-friendly hotel. The breakfast has both Chinese and Western varieties, and the taste is great. The fruits are not Daxing bananas and apples, but seasonal boutique fruits such as passion fruit. The guests' questions can be responded to in a timely manner, and the solutions are also quite satisfactory. Thanks to the housekeeper Korey for his service.

A very satisfying weekend trip. Before check-in, the hotel housekeeper contacted us to confirm the room details and make dinner reservations. Before check-in and during check-in, the housekeeper Grace provided us with very considerate and professional services. The hotel has great scenery, and there are two very cute alpacas, Kang Kang and Le Le. The dinner in the Chinese restaurant also exceeded expectations. The whole family had a relaxing and enjoyable weekend. BTW, the noodles for breakfast in the hotel are also delicious. I will choose to come again next time when I need to relax in my spare time.

Although the weather was not good, the hotel was very comfortable. The upgraded room type had a huge terrace. The staff were also very enthusiastic, especially the housekeeper Winnie, who took care of our itinerary in every detail and tried her best to meet our needs. The indoor swimming pool was very good. The outdoor swimming pool was not open, but the staff also took us to check in and take some photos haha. There is also a running track by Yanhu Lake in the hotel, as well as a parent-child park, tennis courts, and basketball courts, which can fully meet the vacation needs of all kinds of people~ I hope to have the opportunity to come back in the summer~
