The room was great, the service attitude was good, and it was clean.

I chose to stay at Pinrui Hotel based on the reviews. The hotel is newly opened, with complete facilities and very convenient smart controls. The room was clean and tidy, with a separate wet and dry area, a great shower, and comfortable bedding. The soundproofing was good. There's a laundry room and a gym. The breakfast selection was plentiful. The front desk staff were warm, attentive, and meticulous, answering all my questions and providing detailed information about tourist attractions. A very good experience, great value for money. Shopping and dining are convenient nearby, and it's very close to the old town, within walking distance. There's also free parking, which is great for those traveling by car. I will definitely stay here again next time.

I'm complaining about the hotel. The overpriced package included sweets, pastries, and Peking duck, but none of them were provided. The room cleanliness was also poor. Even worse, breakfast was supposed to be from 7-10 am, but when I went at 9 am, there was nothing left but noodles.

很少寫點評，但因為這家酒店非常好，酒店的前台人員服務很好，因為中途因為父母想調換房型什麼的，重新預訂，都很好的解決，有問題反饋都會親自來房間核實。 住了4天，期間有一個房間下水道反臭也臨時調換了房間。 1.是離高鐵站很近 2.房間衞生乾淨，設施也很新。也有配一次性馬桶墊這點非常加分！ 3.早飯雖然菜品不多但是免費提供 下次如果還來銅仁還會入住

確實不錯，酒店出門就是公交站很方便，距離大十字和古城也不遠，衹有一兩公里，可以走路去。旁邊還有一家羊肉粉店，真的好好吃（清淡的），酒店提供早餐，本人比較懶，喜歡晚睡晚起哈哈就沒趕上。 唯一不足就是入住的時候，是等到兩點以後才打掃完房間辦理入住的。 其他的都很好，因為我們兩天是分開訂的不同房型，然後酒店也讓我們十二點退房直接搬進另一間房了。 太好了，就沒拍照片哈哈
