On our first day, the shower leaked into our room. The front desk called a repairman and changed our room. Not a single staff member helped us with our luggage, and no one apologized! There were "No Smoking" signs in the lobby and at the elevator exits, but people were smoking in the lobby and no one stopped them. There were trash cans for smoking right next to the "No Smoking" signs at each elevator entrance! Besides the room, the whole place reeked of secondhand smoke! I really don't know what they were thinking! Either make it clear that the hotel is for smoking, so we can find another place to stay! Don't you think it's contradictory to be so hypocritical?

They started making harassing phone calls after my stay, trying to get me to give them a 5-star review. They're really shameless.

Not to mention whether the platform can still be canceled after midnight, I just want to ask, is this some kind of black shop? Can people in the service industry still do this? We traveled in the past, but after booking a hotel, we still have to live on the street? It's so impersonal. Aren't you bullying the guests? You are really talented. You are like this👍 We still stopped on the side of the road. The man was very slow to check in, and the woman was not doing anything. She was counting the change. Brother, I was really anxious to death. We were really tired after driving for a long time. At 7 o'clock the next day, I was called to move the car. I moved up to get ready to sleep for a while, but was called a second time to move the car. I was really tortured to death. We left sadly in the morning, this city did not welcome us.

It is too difficult to issue a ticket. Those who want to issue a ticket should think carefully before doing so.
