Van & Fan Light Luxury Hotel (Southwest Trade City Branch, Wanshan District, Tongren City)

Attention to detail is a dream come true! Uninterrupted Wi-Fi, 24-hour heating, and instant hot water—all basic needs are met. There's candy upon arrival, late check-out until 2 PM, and free laundry and billiards rooms are the icing on the cake. Definitely worth buying again and again!

The hotel is very reasonably priced, has a nice environment, and the rooms are clean and tidy, making it excellent value for money. Parking is super convenient, and overall the experience was fantastic. I would definitely choose this hotel again next time!

The room was clean and hygienic, and the hotel was quite quiet, which I liked. The receptionist was also very welcoming and hospitable.

I'd say the price-performance ratio is okay. The surrounding environment is average, relatively quiet, and the location is fairly easy to find. I hope they can optimize the software settings, considering the hotel's hardware is what it is.

Our family was on a road trip, driving from Huangguoshu Waterfall towards Hunan Province. We stopped at this hotel for a rest. It had great reviews on Ctrip and was close to the highway exit, so we chose it. I don't know where those positive reviews came from. The owner really needs to manage their front desk staff. We arrived looking tired and wanted to eat before checking in, so we went upstairs to ask the front desk where we could find food nearby. The staff member was dismissive and said they didn't know. Aren't you a local? Even if they weren't a local, they could have suggested takeout or something. Their attitude was appalling. I've stayed at so many hotels, and they've always been very helpful in resolving our problems. This hotel is a disgrace to the owner's reputation. I don't usually give bad reviews; reputation is important in business, but this time it really angered me!
