The hotel manager and staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. The room was spotless, and the overall environment was great. Its location is a huge plus, being only a five-minute walk from Wuzhen Bus Station, making transportation very convenient. The breakfast spread was extensive, and they even offered thoughtful little snacks and fruits. It was a very pleasant stay.

The hotel is conveniently located 1.8km from Xizha Tourist Center, about a 7-minute taxi ride. The facilities are new and modern. The hygiene exceeded my expectations; the bedding felt completely dry, even during the plum rain season, with no dampness at all. The hotel butler was very thoughtful, providing a Wuzhen guide and helping us avoid common tourist traps. The hotel breakfast also offered a great variety.
