Rezen Hotel Wuzhen（Xizha Scenic Area)

A Perfect Jiangnan Stay at Luzhen Liching Hotel I'd heard so much about the charm of Wuzhen, the 'Venice of the East.' This time, I brought my family along, and choosing Wuzhen Liching Hotel among all the options was truly the best decision we made! First off, let's talk about the incredibly convenient location and transport. The hotel is on Xinhua South Road in Wuzhen Town, just a 20-minute walk from the West Scenic Zone. A taxi ride is practically just the flag-down fare. After enjoying the West Scenic Zone's night view, strolling back leisurely with the evening breeze of the water town blowing – it was simply delightful. We drove there, and the hotel has its own private parking, plus free street parking available, so we didn't have to worry about finding a spot at all. For a family with kids, this was incredibly thoughtful. What’s more, the area around the hotel felt lively yet quiet, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep. Stepping into the hotel lobby, I was immediately drawn to its elegant style. The overall decor perfectly blends modern simplicity with the graceful elements of Jiangnan water towns, featuring white walls and dark tiled roofs. It exudes a fresh and natural vibe, making every snapshot look like a stunning, atmospheric photo. The lobby staff were as warm and welcoming as old friends. Not only did they swiftly handle our check-in, but they also proactively introduced us to Wuzhen's must-see attractions, even detailing where to find the most authentic local snacks. Later, they personally delivered a welcome fruit platter and snacks to our room, instantly making us feel right at home. We stayed in a king-size room, and its cleanliness was a pleasant surprise! The floors were spotless, the bathroom was pristine, and the bedding was immaculately white and smooth, without any peculiar smell. It was incredibly soft to the touch – once you lay down, you just didn't want to get up. The room amenities were also comprehensive. The separated wet and dry bathroom had strong, steady water pressure with consistent temperature, so after a day of exploring, a comfortable shower washed all our fatigue away. What was even more surprising was the ink wash painting on the accent wall, brimming with the charm of Jiangnan. The large window let in abundant sunshine in the morning, and in the evening, we could enjoy the water town's night view – truly delightful. The hotel's breakfast also exceeded our expectations. The restaurant was clean and tidy, and the breakfast was a buffet with a vast array of choices. There were both Chinese delights like freshly stir-fried seasonal vegetables and handmade mini wontons, as well as Western options like bread and milk. The ingredients were fresh and the flavors authentic. Our whole family ate very contentedly, fueling up for a day of sightseeing. Most noteworthy was the hotel's attention to detail in its service. Since we were traveling with a child, the staff not only provided extra bottled water but also thoughtfully prepared small snacks. Later, we accidentally left something in our room, and the hotel owner proactively contacted us, safely kept it, and waited for us to pick it up. Upon check-out, they even presented us with exquisite custom-made souvenirs. Their thoughtfulness truly went above and beyond. Our stay at Wuzhen Liching Hotel genuinely surpassed all our expectations. It offers a convenient location, comfortable environment, and attentive, thoughtful service, all at an incredibly high value for money. For just over a hundred yuan per person, to enjoy such an experience is truly worth it! Next time we visit Wuzhen, we will definitely choose this hotel again, and I wholeheartedly recommend it to all friends visiting Wuzhen. I believe it will bring you just as many pleasant surprises.

Traveling with a child, we booked a family suite which was very spacious and the environment was excellent, very clean. The staff's service attitude was superb, especially the manager who called us in advance, turned on the air conditioning before we arrived, prepared fruits and snacks for the child, and even helped us reserve a parking space. This is by far the best service I've experienced in any hotel I've stayed at. I'll definitely choose this place again when I come to Wuzhen.
