Wuzhen New Century Grand Hotel

The room is clean and tidy, the environment is beautiful, the room service is available on call, the front desk reception is warm, and local specialties are received when leaving the hotel. The hotel is at the entrance of Wuzhen Dongzha Scenic Area, which is very convenient. The family traveled and stayed very comfortably, recommended! A very unsatisfactory accommodation experience. I booked it because of the brand of Kaiyuan. First of all, this room has a very small window, and there is not even a screen. The room is very stuffy. The outdoor temperature is 13 degrees, and I feel it is almost 30 degrees indoors. The short-sleeved shirt I wore to sleep at night could not cover the quilt all night, and the children were also sweating all over. I got up and turned on the air conditioner. The wind blew out a musty smell, so I didn't dare to turn it on. The location is on the second floor facing the street. The sound of cars coming and going is very loud at night. It may be that our windows are open too big, but if the windows are not opened, there is no ventilation at all. Originally, my husband wanted to change hotels after the first night, but I was too lazy to pack my luggage and thought it was too troublesome to move. As a result, it rained on the second night. I slept until the early morning and heard the sound of rain and cars. I opened my eyes and waited for dawn from more than four o'clock, and checked out early in the morning. Bad review!!!

The service is good, the room is decent. It is very close to Dongzha, and the surrounding catering industry is also very convenient. There are Starbucks and several traditional old stores. Overall, the price-performance ratio is OK.

Sorry, I didn't remember to leave a review until a month later. I traveled during the Spring Festival holiday. I chose Kaiyuan Hotel, which is very close to Wuzhen Scenic Area. The room is large and the facilities are very good. The wall is also decorated with blue flower dyeing of Wuzhen, which is very unique. The service of the lady at the front desk is super good, making people feel at home. I will patronize our Kaiyuan again when I come to Wuzhen in the future!
