Though located at the quieter part of Xiza Wuzhen, we like the peacefulness and calm at night. The luggages were transported to the hotel after check-in at the main tourist centre. We explored in the day before picking up the luggages at the lobby at night. The hotel's breakfast was at ZhenShui hotel 100m away. It was a great breakfast with a variety of food. I think it is better to eat there than at the popular ZaoChaKe where you can pay on your own to try the traditional breakfast just for experience. Overall, nice stay, warm hospitality.

Decided to stay a night in this hotel after reading the reviews. Indeed, room is spacious and comfortable. As the hotel is located quite near the far end, it’s quiet and peaceful. Less people also which is good for photo taking. The hotel breakfast is acceptable too but do not expect international kind of food variety.

I had an excellent stay at this hotel! The location is perfect and is inside Wuzhen. The room was spacious and well-equipped with everything I needed. The bed was comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep. The staff were friendly and attentive. Overall, a wonderful experience and I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area!

Crowded with alot of people and the food inside quite expensive

Very good hostel. Clean and good service. Staff can help you call the shuttle car to shuttle you to places u want to go. Very spacious common spaces and close to key spots in Wuzhen. Staying with the town allows you to explore the old town at night when all the tourists are gone. Highly recommended. Bring your own towels, slippers etc or you would need to buy them. Shampoo, shower gel provided

Svc staff at hotel reception was amazing. Although hotel looks a little old and amenities was not the best but overall acceptable and huge room.

The hotel location is not near the busy Main Street, need to walk and cross two bridges to find the Main Street. However, they have carts services whenever required for breakfast or to the main door. The attendant was very kind and with good service to guide you anywhere to find your requirements. He introduced the places of interest and gave lots of help. Give him a thumb up for good service.

The hotel is not cheap due to it is sitting inside the Wuzhen West Gate scenic area, but the location of hotel is located in the far end of scenic area, hence have to walk for a distance to the main street. The room, although equipped with air conditioning, but the heating or cooling function is centrally controlled, hence we were not able to turn on the heating although we feel cold during night.

It was a good stay at wuzhen, hope to stay more day. The hotel room are spacious, love the design.

The cheapest hotel in the scenic area. Booked this so can enjoy the 早茶客。also convenient where they sent your bags to and from the hotel.

Good for family to stay. Room are quite far from the entry customer service but they have transportation to bring you to the hotel. Indoor breakfast is good and delicious but out door breakfast not good. I prefer you better take breakfast in the hotel.
