The service was genuinely good, but the cleanliness was pretty subpar. I can understand the outdated facilities, and it even adds to the hotel's character, but finding hair on a new towel and seeing uncleared hair and trash in the floor drain is simply unacceptable.

The hotel's infrastructure is superb, no complaints there. But I especially want to thank the staff for their excellent service. The lobby attendant who checked me in was incredibly thoughtful and attentive; she anticipated needs I hadn't even voiced. And a special thanks to Xiaohuan and Xiaohao for their service as well. Your kindness made the end of my trip feel so warm!

The reflections of the bridges shimmer in the clear water, with houses nestled along the riverbanks. We loved staying right by the water, and a big thanks to Xiao Shi and Xiao Xie for their thoughtful service!

The room was exquisite, clean, and charming, making for a very comfortable stay. The excellent management of Wuzhen as a whole completely dispelled my worries about the holiday crowds. Wuzhen made my May Day trip truly perfect.

Zhenshui Hotel is located inside the Xizha Scenic Area. It's a large hotel with its own garden landscape, divided into East and West sections. The shuttle bus drops you off directly at the hotel entrance, and there's also a shuttle stop right outside when you're leaving, making getting around very convenient. There are many room types; the standard rooms aren't huge, but all the facilities are quite good. The breakfast comes highly recommended – it's much more extensive than what you'd get at a typical morning tea spot, and the service is excellent too.

To experience the early morning market, we opted to stay inside Wuzhen Xizha on our second day. It was very convenient as we could check our luggage at the visitor center and have it delivered directly to the hotel. The mini-program allowed us to track our luggage status and room cleaning status, and even book the early morning market experience. The hotel service was excellent; they helped with our luggage and patiently explained the hotel facilities and different areas (this hotel is really huge!). They even carried our bags up to our room. However, the facilities are quite old and dated, and the room was very small.

Traveling with a group of six, we found the hotel's facilities, location, service, and especially the breakfast to be excellent. The breakfast was particularly abundant and delicious.

The hotel is located within the scenic area, which is very convenient. However, it's quite a walk from the rooms to the dining area, about ten minutes. Also, the windows aren't soundproof at all, so you can hear people talking loudly when they walk past in the corridor.

This stay was absolutely terrible, I strongly advise against it. The room was old and dirty, especially the bathtub which had a visible ring of grime. The sink leaked constantly, creating puddles everywhere – the hygiene was truly appalling. What was most unacceptable was the transparent glass wall between the room and the bathroom. Although there was a blind, it was badly damaged and didn't offer any privacy at all. You could clearly see whoever was showering or using the toilet. This isn't some cheap motel, so the dilapidated facilities are just ridiculous. The ceiling light switch above the TV was broken and couldn't be turned off; we had to cut the main power supply in the end. After that, the room became incredibly stuffy, and the soundproofing was so bad that we were woken up several times by doors slamming next door. The only window, when opened, just let in a load of dust. The evening front desk service was utterly unprofessional. I tried to inquire about luggage forwarding to Nanjing, but the staff member was completely clueless. Luggage forwarding isn't 24/7, and it takes 90 minutes to get it to the park counter, which is incredibly inefficient. I initially tried to coordinate with the hotel in Nanjing, but because the front desk here was completely unhelpful and uncooperative, I had to give up. The entire experience was exhausting and felt like I paid good money to suffer. I will definitely not be returning.
