This hotel is conveniently located about 200m to the east gate entrance. The rooms are big and well maintained. The bed big and comfortable. Since it was off season we got a really good deal. The breakfast even had bread, croissants, butter, jam and drinkable real coffee. There is also a pool which even had water!

Very nice

Although the hotel is not very new, the stay experience is good. The breakfast is also good. The front desk is also very enthusiastic. However, there is mold on the toilet wall. The sanitation needs to be improved.

The hotel is located between the main gates of Dongzha and Xizha, which are both about one kilometer away. In terms of transportation, the hotel does not have any related supporting pick-up and drop-off services. I chose to stay because I saw that it was a five-star hotel. In fact, the experience of staying in a hotel is quite different from that of a five-star hotel. Ctrip also asks Ctrip to be more strict in hotel ratings. There are not many types of breakfast, and there are no staff serving diners. The room facilities are relatively old, and the wooden floor creaks when walking on it. The advantage of the hotel is that it is very quiet when staying.

There is a swimming pool, and the kids enjoyed playing there. The service attitude of the hotel staff was mixed. Except for the front desk who was not very patient on the first day, the front desk was ok in the following days. However, the hotel helped to upgrade the room type considering two nights, which was very good. There were not many types of breakfast, but the location was very good, next to Dongzha and relatively close to Nanzha. It was also very convenient to take a taxi from Xizha.

The service was very considerate. Seeing that our 13-year-old child was already 160cm tall, we upgraded to a parent-child room. The room was very large, with two floors and two large beds. The environment outside the hotel was a little worse, but it was quite clean inside. The boss was very considerate and recommended this restaurant at the door, saying that it has been in business for 30 years, with good quality and low prices, and the service was really good. The set meal included a set of Hanfu. The children took photos under the 40℃ scorching sun, but they were super happy. There were many choices of Hanfu and they looked good.

Parking is convenient at the door, the hotel is right at the entrance of the scenic spot, the hotel decoration materials are exquisite, the service attitude is superb, highly recommended to stay, five-star praise.

The environment is good, but unfortunately the hot water is not hot enough, and the air conditioner is not cold enough. The quilt is very thick, and the air conditioner can only reach 23 degrees. It will be very hot if you cover it with a quilt, and it will be cold if you don't cover it. It is uncomfortable to sleep.

The hotel is close to Wuzhen, with convenient parking and nearby food and drink consumption. The room is large, but a few lights are not on. The front desk service is very warm and thoughtful, and the breakfast is simple enough!

Environment: The hotel has a large atrium and a large parking lot suitable for self-driving tourists. It is about an 18-minute walk from the Xizha Scenic Area. Facilities: All the necessary facilities are available, don't ask for too much brand. Breakfast can be made richer. Service: 24-hour front desk, umbrellas can be borrowed.

Overall, I was satisfied with the service. They upgraded our room and waived the breakfast fee for the children. They were very thoughtful. The hotel is located near the entrance and exit of Dongzha. I went to Dongzha at 9:30 in the morning, returned to the hotel to rest at 12:00, and set off for Xizha at 2:30 in the afternoon. It only took 15 minutes to walk there, which was quite convenient. I didn't feel tired even after visiting the scenic area and returning to the hotel at 7:00.

The hotel is very affordable, the facilities are quite complete, the hotel staff are kind and patient, and it is very good value overall. The swimming pool and slide are OK. The breakfast variety is OK, with everything you need. The overall cost performance is better than some 5-star hotels. The location is outside Dongzha

The lady at the front desk was very enthusiastic and polite. I love this hotel. It feels like a retreat from the city. The whole hotel is very quiet, the environment is good, and the facilities are quite complete. I took a closer look at the hygiene and it was very clean. The lady at the front desk also recommended us a restaurant that they often go to for team building. It is economical and delicious.
