Highly recommended.
Suggest 3D2N, to have relax pace to fully enjoy and visit East, West and the village.
Very good customer service and attitude from the staff, hotel room is spacious, breakfast is full of varieties (all famous food inside West Gate can find it here!). Free shuttle into West Gate all time. Amenities and facilities are very good as well.
1 suggestion to meet international 5 star standard, during breakfast, if you can escorts the guest to empty table and offer coffee or tea will be perfect.

不愧是江浙滬親子酒店天花板，對小朋友各種友好，細節處特別到位。不僅小朋友的用具一應俱全，而且品質都非常有保障。升級了房間，還延時了退房，讓小朋友能睡一覺。酒店大堂能看孔雀，游泳池室温非常温暖，讓小朋友一出水不會感覺冷。出遊非常便捷，電瓶車穿梭其中。服務員人數也多，隨時能得到幫助，一次非常好的體驗。

總結來説，是一家沒有什麼缺點的度假村，彷彿置身於私人莊園。由於是工作日，遊客較少，給人一種工作人員多於遊客的即視感。
烏村觀光遊 2位:這是包含在酒店房費裏面的，烏村非常大，各類設施應有盡有，而且也很適合小朋友遊玩。
西柵景區門票 2張:包含在酒店房費裏，性價比很高，節省了很多元子。
住宿期間人臉識別後可多次進出西柵景區和烏村權益:帶上烏村小手環，在酒店門口坐上小車車，可以無線來回烏鎮景區，非常方便和划算。
設施：滿分
衞生：有很多工作人員在不停的辛勤勞動，滿分
環境：真正意義上的度假村，滿分
服務：門僮會主動拿行李，前台會主動送禮物，服務人員會主動打招呼，耐心的指路等等。
配備的私人管家小寧，要點名大大表揚👍。無縫的服務對接，任何問題提出耐心解答，詢問早飯的時間和套餐選擇，入住感受，主動詢問遊玩情況，規劃路線，遞水遞傘，禮貌的微笑，謙遜的態度，説實話真的讓人身心愉悦。再此非常感謝他的付出。
最後，此酒店推薦各位沖起來。最好是淡季或者工作日來。

服務：基本上沒有服務，見我一人大包小包拿不過來也不會主動拎行李，內線電話打前台很久才接通。感謝前台升級了套房。早餐品種較多。
環境：烏村很大，很有童趣的地方，活動大多需要收費。願意付錢就可以玩的很開心。
設施：基礎房一千五的酒店，用雜牌吹風機。

房間很乾凈，服務很好，最棒的是酒店周邊環境，讓人心情很好。酒店配套也非常不錯，可以游泳，可以乘穿梭巴士去烏鎮。跟大家推薦南潯古鎮，比西柵好。

五一臨時訂的酒店！衹剩悦享大床房了！
本來還覺得訂了兩晚會不會太久！沒想到都不夠玩！
疊加了一價全包，可以在村裡免費吃喝，參加騎行，免費無限次坐小火車，啥啥都能幹，推薦要買一價全包！
酒店服務也超級好！我們十二點到還沒到可以入住時間，但是因為小朋友比較小就臨時給了我們520房間樓層（在村裡）也算比較高了！
房門的隔音不太好 路過説話聲音都聽得見！因為90%來的都是帶孩子來玩的，晚上入睡後比較安靜！
孩子睡了以後一價全包還可以免費吃夜宵太棒了！煲仔飯魚片粥隨便吃！！
酒店裡的泳池也特別美 特別大！晚飯後消耗孩子電量的好去處！
夏天來玩應該會更好玩！有户外泳池！
畢竟對鄉村的想象就是在蟬鳴蔭濃的夏天！
