If you've gotta come to town for work, this is the one. It is quite, comfortable, basic and good price.

Service was good . We couldn't connect service desk after 8:00pm because they closed.

Very good just sometimes forgot supply bath mat towel, toilet paper and tissue. However staff very good

The room and hotel were lovely. Reception staff were great and coffees from the bistro were well made and tasty. I only had a very quick overnight visit to Adelaide, and really only used the hotel as a place to sleep. Bed was comfortable and room was large. I believe that public transport is nearby, but did not use it or have any chance to explore the immediate area. As far as I know the bistro/coffee shop is the only added feature the property offers.

Hotel facilities are very new However, when I checked in, I found that once the glue was removed, the pillow was stuck to the pillow. I was a little allergic after touching it. After reporting the situation to the front desk, their handling and attitude were OK. 

The front desk of the hotel is not available 24 hours a day, so it will be a bit difficult when you need to find their assistance at night. However, overall the room is clean and tidy. The front desk and cleaning staff are eager to help and actively solve problems, although the hotel is a bit far from the city center. But it only takes one bus ride to get directly to the city center, which is quite convenient.

Unless your friends and family live nearby and it is convenient to move around, I don't recommend it at all. The service is poor. The white lady at the front desk has a sense of superiority because of her skin color. She always looks superior when you communicate with her. When you make requests to her, she always has a lot of reasons and excuses waiting for you. For example: I asked: Why didn't anyone come to the room to take out the trash today? The other party will tell you: 4 cleaners are sick, so you understand. Then I wonder: Why can't your hotel do daily cleaning? I understand. If I check out and don't do the cleaning, you deduct 200 dollars from my pre-authorized 300 dollars? I asked: Why only take out the trash and change the towels but don't vacuum? The other party will tell you: Vacuum needs you to tell the cleaner to arrange it. Then I wonder: Do I have to wait for the housekeeping in the room on the day I want to vacuum, and I can't go anywhere, in order to get the vacuuming service, otherwise how can I make requests in person? How can someone vacuum for me if I can't make requests in person?
