Hôtel bien placé.
Bon petit déjeuner.
Piscine partagée avec le camping voisin.
Chambre très simple, vieillotte mais propre.
Prix trop élevé pour le niveau de standing offert.

This review is difficult as some things were great and others were not. Overall I think the Hotel is great and with a little effort could be brilliant. Its geographical position is stunning and positioned in such a beautiful area. sadly some of the reviewers comment on staff and interaction - they are correct. Our check-in was originally not going to be friendly but the lady seemed to get it right when I persevered in a happy manner - when she turned she was exceptionally good - but I had to work to get her there. The next young lady on reception was rude and sullen and all my attempts to get her to smile and be helpful did not work. The young man in the cafeteria was superb and one other lady was excellent along with one other lady who was abrupt. Their dog policies are all over the place and not coherent and indeed if they are coherent all the staff have a different understanding of them. Would I revisit this Hotel? Absolutely - All I hope is they get their staffing right and their policies uniform.

Large hotel with typical, clean rooms. Bests were comfortable. Our room was right above the outdoor seating for the bar, so a bit noisy in the evening, and the cigarette smoke smell was strong from those sitting outside. Service was overall pleasant and helpful. We were on the half board plan, so had breakfast and dinner there. Meals were good, breakfast is very busy! A short distance from the park entrance, so very convenient from that perspective. If you want to dine in Torla, you could walk, but at night the road seems a bit narrow to be walking in the dark. I’m not sure what parking situation is in Torla, should you want to drive to dinner.

We often use this hotel as not many Spanish hotels accommodate dogs.

Very good Hotel. Perfect location for excursions around Ordesa National Park. The staff are super helpful and friendly, very helpful. Food very good, the bed very comfortable. The only thing I would say is that it would have been nice to have AC in our room.

The only down side was that the room was a bit warm even with the window on at night (aircon not working). The hotel location, the staff & food were fantastic. Great scenery to view, good for hikers,cyclists,climbers, pony treking as all available within the area of Ordesa. Highly recommend the hotel & would stay again.

Nice rustic hotel. Lovely staff. Major downfall is there is no air conditioning in rooms and we stayed during July… very hot ! Fabulous scenery. Beautiful villages nearby to visit.

The staff hardly speaks English, the rooms are in bad Conditions. The Ac wasn’t working and the windows were stuck. Although complaining the front desk at 7 pm they did nothing to fix the problem and only after midnight they Ofer us a new room.
I will recommend you to keep away from this hotel.
