The general appearance of the hotel, the decoration is relatively simple, the most satisfactory is the large room, the kitchen facilities are complete, there are microwave oven, oven, induction cooker, tableware complete, we have bought pizza, milk, do it yourself, the living room is large, there are 2 cloakrooms It is more suitable for guests who have more luggage and stay for a few nights. 10 minutes walk from the University of Toronto, the subway is also close. However, it is best to bring your own toiletries, shower slippers should bring your own

Staff was friendly, room and common areas were very clean, internet was reliable and quick, breakfast was terrific! Only complaint is the bed covers. They were extremely thin - 2 bedsheets and a very thin blanket. Throughout the night they would slip off or get entangled, so I was waking up to fix them. It interrupted my sleep which is the only reason I am writing this in the review. Otherwise, our stay was terrific!

This is a very old hotel and the facilities in the room are very poor. The first one I stayed in, the air conditioner not working. They changed me to another room then the bath tub is clogged. Besides, no fan in the toilet. Very poor hotel all in all except the location. The value and the price does not match at all.

It's a new hotel, so the facilities are good and it's very clean! (taxi The driver said it was built this year) You can draw the curtains with one touch, and you can turn off the lights while lying on the bed:) It's really comfortable. The beds are soft and the hotel staff are all friendly!! Amenities such as shampoo and conditioner were nice, there was a hair dryer, robe and refrigerator, and there was Nespresso capsule coffee and tea in the room. There is a swimming pool and gym on the 3rd floor. Above all, it was close to the subway, so it was nice to go sightseeing in the downtown area!!
