The York

Great location, easy access. Apartment had all the necessities. Host was easy to communicate with. Thank you!

None gets better than that for the location near Scotia Bank Arena, Rogers Center, etc., good view on the lake. Room has everything even a laundry room.

Great downtown location, but there was no quilt for the sofa bed. We asked for a quilt and they promised to bring it but they did not com

A very good location with CN Tower view from the stay! Walking distance to the biggest Union Train station and also conveniently to the Longgos supermarket! Love it!

Location is good, walkable within most of the tourist attraction. Easy check in and out instructions.

Overall, location is perfect walking distance to every major place, including train station (union). The view is impressive you can see the lake with sunrise surrounded by many buildings giving you city vibes. The room may a bit look older than the pic but every amenity is fully prepared as said (if some doesn’t have you can contact and they will bring it for you as soon as possible) The bathroom doors may a bit hard to open if you have long nails. However, I’m pretty sure I left my stuff in the room and immediately contact to take it back, although, the owner said the cleaner couldn’t find it even I specified the location to them. I don’t know if it looks valuable for them as it’s a ring (even it’s a cheap one and more like a sentimental value to me) Anyways, the coordinator seems to be very helpful.

The location of this apartment is convenient to all the attractions near the lakeside (eg CN Tower, etc..). It is convenient to Union Station as well as the cable car. This is an apartment within a residential building. During my stay, one of the 3 elevators was under repair. For part of my stay, only 1 was available which caused terrible line-ups in the lobby to get upstairs during busy times. There is no cleaning service. When I checked in, there were clean towels and such but I could see hair and dirt left behind. You also need to throw your own garbage. The access instructions with key and fob were easy enough to figure out. The apartment looked fairly run down (markings on the wall, mouldings dirty, and handles not functioning). better maintenance is required.
