I didn’t even dare to get out of my car. The parking lot was very dirty, there were people loitering around, and there was a shopping cart at the entrance. Definitely not a place for a family stay. I wish I could get a refund

THIS PROPERTY IS ABSOLUTE GARBAGE. I GOT THE KEY, SAW THE ROOM AND IMMEDIATELY LEFT. THE ENTIRE BUILDING LOOKS LIKE IT SHOULD BE CONDEMNED. THE NEIGHBOURHOOD THAT IT IS IN I'M SURE IS NOT SAFE TO WALK IN AT NIGHT OR ANY TIME. THE OUTSIDE OF THE PROPERTY HAD SEVERAL PEOPLE "HANGING OUT" AND JUDGING BY THE LOOK OF THEM THEY WERE ALL JUNKIES. THREE PEOPLE IN THE "OFFICE" WHEN I TOLD THEM I WASN'T STAYING. THE ONE WOMAN TOLD ME WITH A LAUGH THAT IT DIDN'T MATTER BECAUSE IT WAS ALREADY PAID THROUGH *******. ******* REALLY SHOULD USE A VETTING PROCESS SO THEY DON'T ADVERTISE A PROPERTY LIKE THIS TO PEOPLE. I PAID FOR A TWO DAY STAY FOR A PROPERTY THAT IS ABSOLUTE GARBAGE. THERE ISN'T ENOUGH PENICILLIN IN THE WORLD THAT WOULD CONVINCE ME TO STAY THERE. SHAME ON IDLEWOOD FOR TAKING MY MONEY AND SHAME ON ******* FOR PROMOTING THIS BUSINESS. I WILL NO LONGER USE ******* FOR ANYTHING AND I WILL BE SURE TO PASS THIS STORY ALONG TO ALL MY ACQUAINTANCES

Whole experience was horrible. If you have a family or have any value for your life, DON'T COME HERE. The hotel was very rundown, and there was gangs and homeless people just outside the rooms. Did not feel safe to stay the night there. So we had to leave and look for another hotel for that night. Would never recommend this place to anyone.

There were bed bugs, the 'soap' that was provided had been eaten by a pest, there were holes in the walls all over the place. The place constantly stank of musty cigarettes.

Not the place you want to take your kids, or spouse or anyone for that matter. Pulled in, and multiple ppl standing outside all the motel rooms, with shopping carts, dirty everywhere, a pile of old disgusting mattresses, and plenty of questionable looking people. I did not feel safe to get out of the vehicle. I returned to the front office and said I would not be staying, he said I would get a refund which they then rejected the next day and would not give my money back. Lesson learned, read the reviews, they are all accurate. The photos I have are not family friendly which go against the rules.

Bed bugs everywhere in the room. Urine on the toilet seat. I checked in then checked out right away. I asked for a refund for the remainder of my stay and they said no. I told them there are bed bugs in my unit and they said sorry. I left without a fight.

We checked in, went to our room and immediately started looking for a different place to go, we weren't even there an hour 😑

Very bad service and management. I booked this place 4 weeks in advance and paid them, but when i came to property they said my booking was mistakes and they don't have room available. So last minute i have to booked another hotel and paid more to stay over night. Than for refund i have to call ******* to reaolve my problem.
