Our fully renovated apartment features a private entrance and outdoor space, eat-in kitchen, 8 ft ceilings and custom built-in Queen sized bed.
Having undergone recent and extensive renovations, our suite features a private entrance and outdoor space, open concept kitchen/ living area with large central island, master bedroom, and fully equipped bathroom. Full height ceilings throughout the space, and shared access to laundry facilities onsite.

• Close proximity to all your basic amenities including transportation, groceries, bars/restaurants and entertainment.

• Open concept living area with television and Amazon Fyre Stick. Free WIFI and Netflix included. Vintage video game console, board games, and books.
• Bathroom comes stocked with essential toiletries, hair dryer and iron. Rainfall shower head.

• Our suite is located in the basement of a pet-friendly, family home. While the suite has been sound insulated and we take care to keep noise levels down, some noise from the upper levels may be heard.
• We live here full time with our two Boston Terriers, Piper and Bosley, and our two housecats, Molly and Butters. While our animals will not have access to the suite or the entrance/courtyard areas, they will be on premise.
