The Ritz-Carlton, Toronto

The bathroom sink was filthy, and the booking included a sofa for sleeping, but it turned out to be curved and uncomfortable… It was nowhere near as good as a Ritz-Carlton in China. I will never book this hotel again.

It was a great experience staying in an overseas hotel. The breakfast was also good.

The hotel is in a very good location, in the city center, and is convenient to everywhere, especially the TV tower. If you drive, you can park your car in the parking lot directly opposite the hotel, which is cheaper than the hotel's own parking fee (but it is actually very expensive). The room is clean, the service is also very good, and every service staff is very enthusiastic. There are two things that make me feel a little uncomfortable: one is that there is no toothbrush, and you need to ask the hotel for it. The second is that the quilt is wrapped with a sheet instead of a quilt cover, which makes me feel that I will touch the quilt inside when I sleep, which makes me feel uneasy. Overall, it is a five-star hotel after all, and it is not bad, but to be realistic, the price of 3000-4000 is not cost-effective.

The room is spacious and the location is great. The service is also good. Breakfast is made to order. The omelets and muffins are delicious.

There is no worse, only worse, the service attitude is sub-par, the hardware is like a three-star hotel, old and shabby!
