I am student residence. Frequent electricity and hot water outage. Wifi unstable, overpriced meal plan. Bad management, there was a fire before in the parking lot levels, which cut out the electricity for a week. During that time, there were no compensations or place to stay, students are forced to solve the problem ourselves. The only good thing is that the bus stop is right in front of the entrance, and there is a subway stop 8 minutes away.

They had a whole fire incident going on, we got locked out for the first night and then there was no electricity or water for an entire week, most people got no refund and kept avoiding the topic. We emailed them to break the lease they are not being cooperative.
