Very nice hotel conveniently located close to Union Station. Definitely a place to stay again!

Excellent location just steps from King subway station and a short walk to Union Station. Clean, spacious room with comfortable bed and an amazing view (from top floor tower room). Bathroom was a bit tight.

It was a good hotel and I just stayed at the historical suite which was comfortable at staying there. Thank you!

Had an amazing time at the One King West! Room was clean and spacious, and walking distance to many restaurants and bars!

The location is great, among shops and restaurants. The lobby is quite small, with only a couple of couches to sit. There is a restaurant and bar in the restaurant as well, with tables and chairs but the division is not as clear between what is lounge area for hotel guests and restaurant seatings. We were waiting for our room to be serviced and my husband sat at a table to do some work on the labtop and only about 20% of the restaurant had customers with the remaining tables empty. He was approached by a couple of waitstaff and he explained that he's there to do some work and didn't want to order any food. At which point, a manager approached him and asked him to move to the sofa area and not occupy a table and he did and then the manager approached him again, asking what room are we staying in as well as other details. There's not much work/lounge space in the area at all. I feel that they could have let him sit at a table, considering many of the tables were not occupied. I've seen people sit there on a previous day with their laptops and not order anything. So it was kind of unpleasant that that happened. Also, our room had absolutely no natural light, which made it very depressing. I don't know if I would recommend this hotel for a stay in Toronto.

The service was good and the hotel management have done well in maintaining the old building. This downtown which made the location perfect.

Pro: Great location. Nice view, spacious room. Full amenities. I stayed on 41st floor . They have microwave, coffee machine with starbucks. Actually starbucks is just right across the hotel. Con: air con is a bit noisy and need to walk to drop off area if you take uber. There is some road constructions, uber cant access to drop off area.

The hotel lacks dedicated areas for dining, and to sit down and enjoy a meal. The bed and breakfast deal would have meant eating from and/or in an adjoining small coffee shop - so no nice breakfast buffets or very limited breakfast menu. The website pics of vaults look amazing online, but in reality the vault was cluttered as a storage room. The room (3210) was tired, cracked tiles in the bathroom, dirty windows, very basic crockery (2 plates/bowls) and cutlery (2 of each - knife/fork/spoon) - made the kitchenette hard to make the full use of. The in-room coffee machine was dirty, so didn’t use. The room is basic and bathroom old fashioned with old white shower curtain, dirty brown/cream stone tiles with ingrained dirt. The advertising online shows the hotel as a contemporary interesting old bank/vault which was why we booked - in reality it’s old and tired in most places - including the lifts which are scratched old dark wood. The ‘spa’ or gym is limited. On a plus note, the hotel was a great location to see Toronto. Would we stay there again… I’m sorry to say… no.

I booked this place for a quiet work environment, so I haven’t had a chance to enjoy the amenities yet. However, I did order room service for a late dinner—the food was pretty good, and the service was excellent!

Good location…accessible to everything, surrounded by nice and high end restaurants.

Great central location in Toronto and rooms with great views of city loverly reception area and old vault in basement to checkout. Spent two different trips here on same holiday.

Good location, Daily Ritual cafe at hotel lobby serve really nice breakfast! Washer and dryer in the room is a plus too!

The location was convenient and the room service was delicious and quick.
