Best Western Premier Toronto Airport Carlingview Hotel

I was disappointed with my stay due to the poor level of customer service and housekeeping. When I checked in, the front desk clerk was not welcoming. Although I received my room quickly, I was not given any basic directions, such as what floor my room was on or where to find the elevator. The interaction made me feel unwelcome, and I was left wondering if I was treated differently because of the color of my skin. Housekeeping was also below expectations. I did not receive housekeeping service on the first night. After requesting service, not all of the trash was removed, and the dirty towels were left in the room instead of being replaced. Overall, this was not the level of service I expected from a hotel. Based on my experience, I would not expect a warm or professional welcome—more like the minimal service you would expect at a motel rather than a hotel.

The reception staff was nice. We were not there very long only to stay for a connecting flight but the room was what I expected and the bed was super comfy.

Everything is good.. but there wasn’t clean service during your stay (u can ask ) and just abit far..

Easy and convenient location for overnight stay with shuttle service. All smooth. Both busses I took fully loaded. More frequentl schedule with be nice

The hotel itself was quite nice with a very convenient location for airport travelers. Although directly on the Pearson Airport landing runway flightpath, I found the constant planes flying VERY low overhead to be quite relaxing, though the window did rattle and shake sometimes. Unfortunately the pool was VERY cold and the hot tub was lukewarm with barely perceivable jets. The restaurant food was mediocre at best, but for airport travelers a very convenient stay.

I liked the hotel. The rooms feel new and everything worked, well except for the outlet on the desk lamp. There's nothing nearby, but the restaurant was open and the food was tasty. NB, there is no "included" breakfast. But for $15-16 you get a breakfast set that's OK for the price. I heard good things about the pool, hot tub and sauna, but I didn't use them. The shuttle is efficient

Rooms and restaurant were nice. Parking is tight but do-able. Although it's close to the airport I found the constant faint sounds of the planes flying overhead not at all bothersome and didn't disturb my sleep. Providing courtesy shuttle, which made travel convenient.

The room was clean and I liked that it had hardwood flooring. The amenities were provided generously, and it was convenient that the shower was not just a fixed head type. There was also a free shuttle to the airport, which made getting there very easy.

Service at the front desk was very good. The customer service was excellent with helping us with our reservations.
