I booked a few nights in a Deluxe Twin Room. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, the service was excellent, and the location was very convenient! The only downsides were the price; there was a construction area downstairs, so I'd recommend staying on the top floor to avoid some noise.

Overall, I was quite satisfied. The stay was good; I stayed for 10 days, explored the surrounding area, and ate at several restaurants. The spa was also great. The only downsides was the construction outside, which made the noise quite loud during the day, plus the fire trucks – I heard them many times a day. Toiletries weren't provided proactively every day; I had to ask for them. The service was acceptable, though. At least the brands were there. I hope for a better experience next time.

The ambiance was okay, but! The service was absolutely terrible. The housekeeping staff left their cleaning tools in the room, and the concierge was rude (even after I tipped them).
