Very nice hotel well located around have many restaurants shopping mall and so on, few meters to the metro station, the was cozy clean and nicely decorated.

Great location and friendly staff. Unfortunately they don't provide slippers to guests so you need to bring your own.

Lovely rooms, and friendly staff. It’s more of a serviced apartment vibe as they don’t clean rooms unless you request from the night before and they also don’t help you with your luggage to your room. Besides that, the stay was perfect.

I have stayed here a few times now and every time I love it! Always clean, quiet and in a great location downtown Toronto. Highly recommend!!

The location is very good. Take the UP Express from Pearson Airport to Union Station for three stops, then transfer to the subway for two stops to Queen Station, and walk for three or four minutes. Walk through the Eaton Center to the City Hall. Behind the hotel is Haidilao, which is really delicious and affordable compared to Western food. Dundas Square, Miniature Canada, and the cheap supermarket Dollarama are also four or five minutes away on foot. It is also very convenient to take the tram to the attractions. After 7 o'clock, go to Burger King behind the hotel for breakfast, and you can also get drinking water. The room is clean and tidy. You can vaguely hear the hourly bell of the old City Hall. If you need to clean the room, tell the front desk, otherwise it will not be cleaned. There are towels, toothbrush cups, paper towels, coffee machines, hair dryers, hangers, but nothing else, slippers, toothpaste, toothbrushes, kettles, etc. The cover photo of Ctrip is the old house theater next to the hotel, and the hotel itself is a high-rise building.

The location is convenient for travel. There is a shopping mall right outside.

The front-line counter staff were very polite and helpful, especially Honey. We went to the outlet mall to buy things the day before we checked in. She asked us to buy things and leave them at the hotel for a day. After that, we were going to Niagara two days after checking in. Falls, she asked us to leave our things at the hotel and pick them up two days later. Quite heartwarming!

Very good, beyond expectations

The room is hygienic and clean. The location is excellent. It is very convenient for traveling and shopping. The largest shopping mall in Toronto is just downstairs.

The hotel is in a good location, very close to Eaton Center and Queen subway station. The room was very comfortable and the bathroom was large. Living on the 4th floor, the gym is on this floor. There are occasional noises from the street at night, but overall it's quiet. The front desk was very welcoming. Disadvantages: The hotel does not provide breakfast. Although there are many restaurants nearby, the taste is average.
