Friendly staff at front desk, smooth check-in. There’s everything you need in the sparkly clean room even though i stayed the smallest room. Laundry is available. Location is excellent. There is a 24-hour convenience store cross the main street. The neighborhood is lovely. Really enjoyed the stay. Will consider comeback next time.

Previous visits to this hotel, i have been very lucky and gotten a room with a little balcony (as a smoker, what a treat). This time, less lucky, got a top-floor room with a very cozy, under-the-eaves, but still somewhat cramped feel. Colour scheme was unusual but quite beautiful, golds and coppers offset with a grey-teal shade very like patina. When i lay on the bed i could look out a little attic window at pigeons. A very romantic servant's quarters vibe, not everyone's favourite but i thought it was sweet.
I did remove one star for a rock hard mattress on the bed and also quite a petite little bathroom that introduced my knees to the sink a few times too many. But shabby chic and very cute. Walking the stairs to the 3rd floor only a medium hassle. I do love this place.

We mis-judged the property when we booked. We got the impression from the website that it was better than it is. This is a good spot for someone who simply wants to sleep over. The room was very small with old furniture, shower etc. Not for us.

Everything went well. The only thing that was kind of uncomfortable was that when you get to the guesthouse, you have to make a phne call to get in touch with the staff. My cell phone line dos not work in Canada and it was raining. I had to ask a very helpful passer by to make that call for me. The rest was Ok.

Victoria's Mansion place, staff and Edyta made our vacation stay very comfortable, nice and quiet. Well-organized, the suite looks pretty nice and Victorian, clean and cozy and very secured guest suite. I'd come back again and would highly recommended. Thank you so much. Till next time. Super convenient location for people who like to explore on foot and use Toronto's excellent public transportation system. Lots of restaurants and shopping nearby.

It is an old property, but renewed. I enjoyed my time, it is close to subway station, the room was clean, but there is no staff at all. There are amenities in the bathroom and chicken items available at the room. I recommend.

I love staying here! As a female solo traveler, I recommend this place a hundred percent! I felt safe, it was close to commercial stores, and the rooms were well equipped.
