It is great that shuttle bus can be provided for transferring to the airport, especially during the early morning at 4:30

Someone used a keycard and walked in while I was in the shower. The breakfast was slim at best and in a locked area difficult to access.

I had to pay 35 dollars taxi fair from the airport to the hotel as the shuttle wasn't running and the hotel refused to reimburse me

Rooms were Clean. Breakfast (included) was was a good basic breakfast with some hot entrees. Good value for the price.

Hard to tell about many of the questions as the power went off shortly after I arrived and only came on in the middle of the night/morning. I spoke to the staff at the desk re. Some type of remuneration for not having Wifi, being able to charge my phone, see in the room to go to the washroom, etc. I was told that due to storm/ power off throughout Toronto - couldn’t do anything, not even a discount for a stay on my return Sunday!
