I booked online on a late night and arrived at the hotel. They refused to allow me in, said this is a private residence. I had to leave and book another hotel that night. And they still charged my card. Need my money back immediately.

Even though I went there suddenly, it was a good place to stay. The location was good and all the facilities in the room were good. The CN Tower was also visible from inside the room.

According to the address given by the hotel, I can't find it at all, there is a burger place: South Street Burger.
I called and found out that it is located at 300 Front St diagonally across from the burger shop (the hotel also emailed me later, showing the address as 300 Front St).
Check in, put things down, ask for Wi-Fi. The front desk said: No Wi-Fi.
I came back after going out and found my suitcase thrown in the corridor. A note next to it: It was given to the wrong room, someone else lives here. Now please hand over the original keys and go to the front desk to change rooms.
Checking the luggage thrown in the corridor, I found that my favorite water glass was lost.

It was actually great, the employees were very accommodating (shout out to Haf) and helped me with every request I gave. It was easy to check-in and out too. I paid online and it was all set, all I had to do was get the key from the front desk. We were located in the 33th floor and the view was so great. The place was very very spacious for just two people and decoratively nice too! Towels, hangers, and kitchenwares
/utensils were complete. They even had cooking oil and salt which was a big help for me. There were just few things that I wished they changed such as the tv itself- it was a lil complicated to use and kinda outdated, the washroom had no locks, very few sockets-we couldn't figure out where to charge our phones in the living room area, and the bed was kinda squeaky. The place wasn't the same as the picture posted but the room we got was still nice and comfortable. Just not the same. Other than that, everything was great especially for the price in the center of downtown Toronto. Would definitely come back again some time.

Location is great and the apartment is comfortable and clean. The recreation facilities are great. Televisions in the bedrooms would be a nice addition. One key with fob that controls the elevator and recreation facility entry is not enough for a family. Fitted sheets would also be nice.

First time doing this type of check in and stay it was very smooth. 1 issue with the fob card. But we managed, security assisted very well and we felt very safe

Nice one bedroom loft. Just right for a quick night or wknd in Toronto. Would prefer a sofa to a loveseat.
