The place where the hotel is located is very quiet and relaxing, just like the inside of the hotel, the treatment of the staff who works there is very nice, it is great. Thank you, for everything I recommend to my friends and family to spend a good vacation. At night there are shows, and you have a great time with lots of laughter.

Location difficult to access without a car The breakfast is great and the staff are friendly. There are not many places to eat at a super convenience store nearby. but possess Irish Pub is great.

Excellent hotel with magnificent pool. The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was repetitive and with little variety and quality for what the hotel category is supposed to be.

We've been visiting this resort numerous times over the last seven years and absolutely love it. The staff are always polite and friendly, the food in various restaurants and bars on site have never failed to deliver and the swimming pool and its surroundings are divine. Perfect for a long weekend break if you want some peace and quiet. For the first time on this visit, I had the salmon Poke Bowl for lunch in the golfers bar and it was amazing, so much so, that I had another the next day and had to recommend it here. No poke bowl I've had before matches this. You must give it a go.

I love the design of a hotel and a resort. We spend two weeks and we still didn't have time to go to spa. After all we decided it is enough with outdoor activities as this region gives perfect summer weather conditions. I started to play golf at drivers range areas which was not planned. The resort have nice pro shop for golf players but this I cannot compare as I am not experienced. We had a lesson with Thomas, who is very good teacher and we got nice valuable tips from him. The guests behave well which is an advantage of having golf resort target group I guess. And no all inclusive offer. Most of the time people are away playing, visiting so the was not even once a situation that there is too many people at the swimming pool. Not counting match for EURO 2024 for obvious reasons. They had big TV to watch it so people came there from the villas that are at the resort. Most customers are English, but also some Spanish and Norwegians. It was fun to watch the competition Spain vs England ;) The golf resort is also nice to have a walk or run (after 8 pm it is not in use anymore). All the area is very well thought in its architecture and design. People care of their little villas, even if noone is there they still have nice Spanish gardening and little swimming pools. I give very good reference to all the resort not only a hotel as to me it was part of the experience. Never really visited Torre-Pacheco village, but you can have nice trips to Cartagena, La Manga or Los Alcazares to experience Laguna Mar Menor or Mediterranean beach. In Los Alcazeres I recommend Spinoza bar and water sports school as they have nice restaurants and good equipment. Most of the time without a car you need to use a taxi if you would like visiting but it is not expensive. To Cartagena you can go with quick and cheap train from Torre-Pacheco. The gym itself is nicely equipped, air conditioning there should be improved but it is very few people visiting so it is good enough. Air conditioner at the room was working fine. You additionally have big fun so it was really helpful in such a hot period. In the room was all you need including ironing. We used fridge from minibar as a fridge as there is not one more and that was not problems with it. The room was big, with big bathroom as you can see at the pictures it had jacuzzi and shower separate. We went most of the time to the Italian restaurant and we think is the best one. You can also experience some Spanish food from them especially at the breakfast witch is outstanding. All the stuff seems happy and well trained. At the matches times was little short in stuff so it created long queues for a drink and food in a restaurant that had tv but they managed very well. It should be more people hired for this critical events which is rather a feedback to the organisation manager. I am very happy with the stay, as a lover of good design I will underline it again. The golf resort is lovely but the hotel is tired and grubby. On arrival, we had a dirty room, air conditioning not working, key cards not working. The gym smells badly and they have the a/c permanently switched off so it’s like an oven. Most rooms are adjoining with a door between them, so you can hear your neighbours clearly like they are in the room with you. Our neighbour came in at 4am and for some reason set his alarm at 6.30 every morning and slept through it, shame we couldn’t. When we told reception, they offered us a room change, but we decided packing and unpacking was a pain and decided against it. However, after another sleepless night, we asked to take them up on it. We were then told us to come back after they’ve checked all guests in later that day to see if they have any rooms left over. We told them this was not acceptable and showed them pictures of mould in the shower, etc, etc. To be fair, they then gave us a different room which was clean and had working a/c and the manager was reasonable about it. However, it did ruin the first two days of a four day break and the fact remains that the hotel is in bad need of some investment. OK if you want to have a lads golfing weekend, not good if you want to actually sleep or use any of the facilities.

Myself and my wife stayed here to celebrate an anniversary. We were v happy with the hotel. The rooms were comfortable.. Extremely clean and the beds and towels maintained impeccably. Only downside was the air conditioning could be better. Mid July it was roasting hot and being Irish the refuge of a cool air conditioned room could have been better.. Food was exceptional. Was of a very high standard throughout the hotel. Breakfast in the main Restaurant was v good with great options and decent coffee. Lunch in the clubhouse was exceptional and to a very high standard. We ate dinner elsewhere but going on the lunch and breakfast I have no doubt it would be really really good. Service at times could be slow but can not complain food was that good. The hotel could do with having more on draft than just amstel but again no real complaints here. Amstel is a nice beer. Service again could be slow at the bar and also the pool bar but I accept there was a laid back vibe going on in this hotel. We availed of the spa too and this was a great experience which we both enjoyed. The gym is poorly maintained and could do with a treadmill - and half of the machines are broke. The changing rooms and showers attached are v good tho. The hotel is quite isolated in the countryside but we availed of trips to cartegena (30€ in taxi) and Los alcazeres (10-15€) which are great busy towns- we had dinner out in Hemingway and La tropical (Los alcazeres) were exceptional dinner options. Excellent place to stay. Our room was very spacious with a lovely view of the Mar Menor golf course from our balcony. Food in hotel restaurant was superb. The Irish Bar next door was an added bonus with large screen showing sports. The swimming pool was amazing with lovely double sunbathing beds to stretch out on. The golf clubhouse was great for a bite to eat in the afternoon. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

We booked direct with the hotel..upon arrival we were given a free upgrade to a room overlooking the pool which was spacious & clean. Reception staff were very efficient and friendly. Food in the bar was good, though service was a little slow due to the number of golfers arriving from the golf course and that the hotel was preparing for a Captains dinner that evening. Breakfast was adequate/average, the egg chef was not happy to do poached eggs ( lots of rolling of eyes)!! All in all we enjoyed the two nights and would probably book again if we re in the area.

This is not a 5 star hotel. Tired rooms - peeling wall paper, chipped wood and damaged wood work. Room key didn’t work daily. Toilet broke twice during our stay. Restaurants severely understaffed. One night alone saw three other tables complaining about understaffing and very lengthy waits for attention. Booked restaurant through reception only to be turned away as no booking had been forwarded. We booked a junior suite - still had to pay €2 daily if required CLEAN pool towels. 5 star price, 3 star experience. I could go on but judging from the other terrible reviews it seems pointless. Very very disappointing stay.
