Major contraction works going on which was not mentioned at the time of booking. This holiday became a nightmare from start to finish. Large Cranes on site which woke me up every morning. Maintenance work going on around the site and no closing off the areas to the guests this was a very dangerous hazard. Builders/maintenance men walking across the pool whilst the guests are sunbathing. This place is on a steep hill and a car is a must. Reception is a Taxi drive away unless you have a car. Lots and lots of stairs to climb this is not for the disabled or young families. Taxis are hard to get we had to wait hours and some didn't even turn up. The Swimming pool has a barrier which you need a key to get in and out feels like a prison. lots of steps to climb to and from the pool. The pool had four Pool Showers which were all not working and closed off so we couldn't have a shower after a swim. The swimming pool toilets had no toilet paper. Apartment is very basic not like the glam photos. No hot water for first day, the hot water kept turning on and off all week. Bed sheets are just one flat sheet nothing else. No house keeping. Tumble dryer didn't work. No near by shops or bars, we had to take a taxi to the supermarket and everywhere else. Overall not a good holiday, very noisy with all the works going on, men walking around with heavy tools whilst you are enjoying the sun. Having to walk around all the mess was off putting let alone dangerous, it was as if we wasn't there. No mention of hills and stairs or any construction work in the reviews was a bit strange. I blame lastminute.com for not informing us of all this whilst booking this holiday.

The hotel has been a wonderful experience. The hotel makes you a lot of details when you arrive, you have unlimited free coffee and tea and you are given a lot of lotus cookies. There is even a small merendy. The rooms smell great and everything is clean, careful very much for details. nice and careful workers. On the other hand, modernity of lights, internet TVs, led lights ... Has been surprised. The hotel is very close to the city centre and you can walk without problems anywhere.

We stayed here the last week in October for 1 week for a friends wedding. The hotel and room was clean but the bed wasn’t very comfy. Both me and my hubby had restless nights and woke in the morning with aching backs. Our room overlooked the square which was beautiful. If you had the window closed then you couldn’t hear any noise. The room has an espresso coffee machine with both normal coffee and decaf coffee pods supplied. Unfortunately We weren’t a fan of the breakfast. You are given a time when you can go for brekkie, ours was 9:30 till 10. Even though they do too the food up, we found the hot food cold and the eggs dried up. We ate out for brekkie on a couple of occasions. The hotel did however, put on a beautiful wedding with a gorgeous setting. The wedding food was lovely too. Would we go back to this hotel? Probably as it was reasonably priced and the location on the balcon d’europe was perfect.

I must add that in addition to the friendly tone, they made me an additional upgrade to Booking in the room, so I could enjoy a wide room with sea view, 65 inch TV, And a sensational touch control of the lights and the room temperature, which made the stay really comfortable. To further highlight the genuine Tobogan, through which I undoubtedly slipped, the two-high-high terrace, and a library with different spaces that will make the delicious of the bibliophils. Finally breakfast is selective and healthy, with quality products, and always available coffee machine, juices and water, as well as fruits 24h. It would not like · I would put some more products in breakfast, too fruity, such as fresh cheese, aquacate, some kitchen and hot products: sauces, eggs, tortillas, gowns ...
