Todo perfecto. La ubicación. Tan sólo las toallas de ducha no fueron de mi agrado. El resto perfecto.Y sobretodo la amabilidad de la recepcionista Nicole, en una escala de 0 a 10, se merece un 10. Cuidenla.

As a previous reviewer also mentioned, total kudos to Monica at the reception desk. I had come from another hotel where one of my credit cards went missing and she was totally empathetic and assured me my belongings would be safe until the check in time. That allowed me time to go to the beach without worry. The hotel room was clean and I enjoyed the live entertainment and the bar. And the price for the room was extremely reasonable considering how close it was to the beach and all the other amenities that the hotel provided.

On the first night, we discovered women's underwear under the pillow, indicating that the bed or even the room had not been cleaned or checked. When we informed the receptionist, she didn't even apologize; she simply said, "okay." After a few hours, upon returning to the room, the underwear was still in the same place. We had to remind them twice to address it. They took the underwear but left the bed untidy, as evident in the pictures. The food wasn't good, and almost everything, including plates, tables, and glasses, was so dirty. I stayed for a few days and couldn't eat anything. I would never come back and wouldn't recommend it to anyone. - En la primera noche, encontramos ropa interior de mujer debajo de la almohada, indicando que la cama o incluso la habitación no se había limpiado o revisado. Cuando informamos a la recepcionista, ni siquiera se disculpó; simplemente dijo "vale". Después de unas horas, al regresar a la habitación, la ropa interior seguía en el mismo lugar. Tuvimos que recordarles dos veces que lo solucionaran. Se llevaron la ropa interior pero dejaron la cama desordenada, como se puede ver en las fotos. La comida no estaba buena y casi todo, incluyendo platos, mesas y vasos, estaba muy sucio. Me quedé unos días y no pude comer nada. No volvería y no lo recomendaría a nadie.

Great breakfast. Very close to centre of the city. Room clean but small, at least refrigerator. Pool very cold, to be closed end of October. Parking fee of the hotel higher than rental fee of the car. Building poorly soundproofed.

Rooms are confortable. Hotel is over rated as a 4 star. I had booked a room on the hotel’s website on the 1/10 at 140 euros per night. Upon checkin hotel was offering rooms at 70 euros. I explained at the desk that I felt cheated and their reply was hotel’s prices are like the stock exchange. I told them that I understood if the difference was a 10 or 20% but not 50%. They didn’t bother at all. Upon checking out, asked for a printout of my bill but was refused stating that I should call a number they provided to get it from they since they didn’t have access to it. Strange for a 4 star hotel. All hotels that I have been in have always provided a bill, wether booked directly or through a third party. I have filed a formal complaint. Let’s hope this will help protect the interests of future guests.

Accomodation was in one of the many squares beside many restaurants, bars and shops.
The accomodation was huge like being in a house. The kitchen was ultra modern. Only 3 bedrooms being used. Felt I had the house to myself

Very Nice Hotel, Staff were brilliant and rooms are very nice. Food was nice and would definitely would recommend. Not much going on of an evening but was the beginning of October so to be expected being as out of season.
