Very limited furniture in room ie table and side tables and room is quite small but other than that very impressive service from all staff, clean facilities, very quiet and peaceful hotel. Located fantastic for tram and bus, groceries dining. Great value overall.

Stayed here for three nights as a solo female traveller. There is a tram line on the other side of the street are that takes you to the metro and therefore opens up the city for travel. The reception is at the top of the hotel and there is an option of a glass lift with tremendous views or an enclosed lift. Access to the floors with rooms is with a key card. There are complimentary water and tea stations on every floor. The rooms are lovely and very clean. They are small but not cramped. The bed was comfortable. The reception staff were all lovely, especially the Spanish girl and the lovely man who reactivated my key card when it was a bit too close to my phone. Breakfast was good. The coffee was nice and there was plenty of choice of cereal and delicious pastries. I had a cocktail on the roof terrace overlooking the city. The price was around 10 euros which is about average for the city. There is a food hall next door that is great for chilling with the locals. Returning in February and will not hesitate to stay here again.
