Je tiens à partager mon expérience récente à l'hôtel, en particulier avec la réceptionniste qui était en service cet après-midi, le 17/04/2023. Malheureusement, le traitement que j'ai reçu de sa part était vraiment inacceptable. En effet, lorsque j'ai appelé pour demander une information, la réceptionniste m'a crié dessus et a raccroché brutalement au téléphone. J'ai essayé de rappeler plusieurs fois, mais elle ne répondait pas. Lorsque j'ai demandé à parler au responsable de l'hôtel, la réceptionniste a affirmé qu'elle était la responsable et a refusé de me donner son nom et prénom. Cela a ajouté à mon mécontentement, car je n'ai pas pu adresser mes préoccupations à une personne spécifique et responsable de l'hôtel. C'est un comportement inapproprié pour un membre du personnel de l'hôtel et cela montre un manque de professionnalisme et de transparence.
