I wasn't able to enter the appart hotel, I had to find another hotel and I lost my money. We arive later in the day, around midnight, and we simply were not able to contact anyone: nor on the entrance gate, nor by phone (multiple phone numbers). I am aware that and email was sent saying that the check in time was from 17h-20h, but I am also aware that there is the possibility to enter independently with a code at the entrance gate, but nothing was sent to us, neither an attempt to contact us was done. I've been traveling for years, using multiple online platforms and this has never happened to me before.

An excellent first contact with the establishment by phone then a very warm welcome by Mariem. Without me having asked for anything, she offered to make the stay better and with a naturalness that proves her habit of doing so, thank you again. The common areas are completely renovated and very welcoming, the room is redone at the level of the sleeping area. The swimming pool is very nice with all its windows. Breakfast not tested but which seemed very diverse. Secure parking for cars, little tip: drive around with your car and park near the back door as soon as you have its code because in front there is little space available.
