The first room we have been assigned was not clear, hairs in the bath and left over of the previous guest in the fridge during covid? Seriously? For the mistake we obtain a room which was worse then the first one and an apologies... I would have expected somenthing more! An error can be made, but the way you solve it says a lot about your customer care policy. It needs to be renovated. The location, on the other hand, is very close to the centre of the town. The supplementary price for the animals in my opinion is too high, same opinion for the breakfast cost, which is not included. If you can chose do not go to the underground parking in front of the hotel... It really expensive, almost 30 euro from 8 pm to 10 am.
