I stayed at the Hotel Les Capitouls and was overall satisfied with my experience. The location is excellent — very central and perfect for exploring Toulouse on foot. The breakfast was also a real highlight, with a great selection and high quality.
On the downside, the rooms were quite noisy, with little sound insulation, and street noise was noticeable, especially at night. Additionally, one of the receptionists was somewhat unfriendly, which was a bit disappointing for a hotel of this standard.
In summary: great location and breakfast, but room for improvement in service and soundproofing.

Good location, great and clean, unique english style design, modern, relaxed ambience and friendly staff, but when take lift to level, still need climb up some staircase before access to room

Our recent stay was absolutely exceptional. Service was outstanding, our room was elegant and very spacious, and the central location with easy access to the train station was incredibly convenient. We highly recommend this hotel to everyone.

Location great. Everyone at the hotel was very friendly and helpful. Even provided us with a phone charger as we had forgotten to bring one with us.
Rooms are quite small, but functional with good air vonfitioning

The staff were amazing - we left luggage in the room (jetlag) and they posted it on to our next hotel. We were incredibly grateful at their care and kindness.
