The location of the hotel is absolutely fantastic — definitely one of its strongest points. It is perfectly situated for exploring Toulouse, with everything within easy walking distance.
We received a very warm welcome from Quintiz, and the staff in general were always smiling, friendly, and genuinely willing to help. While we were waiting to check in, the young gentleman at the café kindly came over and asked what we would like to drink, which was a lovely touch and immediately made us feel welcome.
The hotel has a lovely atmosphere, and the service from the team throughout our stay was warm and attentive.
The rooms, however, are quite small, especially considering the price. We felt the rate was relatively expensive for the amount of space you get.
For guests arriving by car, it is also important to know that there is no parking directly at the hotel. You need to park in the public parking underneath the square nearby. Make sure you keep your parking ticket and give it to the hotel when you check out, as they will validate it and you receive a 50% discount on the parking fee. This made the parking much more reasonable and convenient.
Overall, a lovely hotel in an exceptional location with cheerful, welcoming, and helpful staff. Our main considerations would simply be the relatively small rooms and the higher price.
