The location is fantastic! It's an 8-minute walk to the train station and a 9-minute walk to the bus station. The Capitol Square is just 12 minutes away, and the river is about a 15-minute walk. There's a Lidl supermarket right across the street, and a Carrefour City about 2 minutes away. I've been to Toulouse dozens of times, and I can't believe I never noticed this place before. It's right off the main street, with plenty of dining options and easy access to public transport. The hotel also has a 24-hour front desk! The air conditioning in the room works great, and while the shower stall is small, the water temperature and pressure are excellent. For the price, it's a really good deal! There's also a small kitchen corner with a microwave and other basic appliances in the downstairs restaurant. The only downside is that it's an old building without an elevator (though the staircase is beautiful). This wasn't an issue for me, but it might be inconvenient for those with heavy luggage or mobility issues.

I stayed at this hotel for a few nights and overall it was a solid, comfortable experience. Nothing felt over-the-top luxurious, but everything worked the way it should, which honestly made the stay pretty easy and stress-free. The check-in process was smooth, and the staff were polite and helpful without being overly formal. They answered questions quickly and seemed genuinely attentive. The room itself was clean and well-maintained. The bed was comfortable enough to get a good night’s sleep, and the room had all the basics you’d expect—clean towels, a decent bathroom setup, and enough space to move around without feeling cramped. Housekeeping did a good job of keeping things tidy throughout the stay. The location was convenient, with restaurants and shops nearby, which made it easy to get around without much planning. Breakfast was simple but satisfying, with enough options to start the day without feeling repetitive. Overall, this hotel did exactly what it promised. It wasn’t flashy, but it was reliable, comfortable, and reasonably priced. I’d consider staying here again if I were in the area and needed a straightforward, good-quality place to stay.

Small simple room but all that I needed. No lack of kettle but I was allowed to get hot water from the eating area. Very close to railway station and under 10 minutes walk to the river. Plenty of eating places around Very good value

I didn’t expect much from the place as it was cheap - however, it was the size of a shoebox. Reception staff were super rude and ignored my complaints about the strong smell of cigarettes in the room. The aircon didn’t work and the window need to be left open for ventilation and I was bitten by something. Rude people shouting in the corridors late at night. Didn’t look at all like the photos…. In some countries prison cells are much nicer.

Great location. While the room is compact, it offers very good value for money and is perfect for a solo traveler. The front desk staff was very friendly.

The location is excellent, right in the city center, making it incredibly convenient for both transportation and sightseeing. However, the cleanliness was very poor, and they didn't offer any room cleaning or linen change services during my entire six-day stay. The room itself was quite small, but this was somewhat offset by the affordable price. The biggest issue, though, was the extremely poor soundproofing! I could only fall asleep late at night once all activity on the stairs had ceased, and every morning I was abruptly woken by the footsteps of other guests. While the front desk staff weren't overly warm or chatty, they were very nice and helpful whenever assistance was needed.
