The food was quite good for the breakfast and dinner. Hiwever, the room was quite old and required renovation and the in room air conditioning seemed broken with dripping hose in washroom.

Felt that the hotel was overrated and over-priced, though dinner and breakfast were provided. Room amenities are limited. Furniture was rather old.
You need to book a time slot for dinner. We checked-in at about 4pm ++, and we were left with the last slot, and got to eat fast to be in time to watch the fireworks.
There was a good variety of food for breakfast and dinner. Be early for breakfast as there is no reservation.
The amenities in the Onsen were good. You just need to bring your towel. Body wash, shampoo, lotion, body milk etc are available for use. Combs are sterilized before use.

The 8F bath is a little dirty and always crowded. Food is nothing to shout about unless you are going for cooked food and rice. Nothing much to do in this place, one night is sufficient.
Policy on trip com says kids from 0-2 stay free if they do not need meals and extra bedding but hotel insists on charging me for my baby.

I enjoyed alot staying on this hotel the staffs were very friendly and approachable especially this lady on my post. Location wise very easy to find from Toya onsen bus terminal i just walked few blocks and reached immediately. There are alot of amenities too and the view of lake toya is superb. The onsen was beyond my imagination i didnt expect to be that nice much nicer in person, need to pay 300 yen per day per person but im ok with that. It was mentioned anyway during booking, 5stars for me

The hotel is exceeded our expectation ! Room was spacious and clean . Onsen was greats and the hotel breakfast and dinner was so good ! And the staff services was excelllent , free parking hotel !

Location is good. We took the mountain view room without regret. Witnessed Mt Yotei right within our window. The buffet spread was fantastic. Glad we took both dinner and breakfast. The onsen was such a good idea after a long day. Will definitely be back
