The Japanese style hotel is very nice, especially with the inclusion of a wood bathtub in your own room. The common hot spring is also a lot larger than other Onyado Nono that I went to. Cons are that the outdoor hot spring area is slightly on the small side.

This hotel is just simply great. Friendly staffs, wonderful facilities, and heard-warming details. The only disadvantage is the location. It takes about 20 mins of tram ride from the station. It still worth it though.

Very nice hotel that incorporates elements from the traditional Japanese ryokan. I was surprised to learn you need to take off the shoes and store them in a locker before taking the elevator because everywhere is covered with tatami mats! You can enjoy the common bathhouse that has some special onzen facilities like water dropping from above (as if you were showering under a small waterfall), which was actually an old way of enjoying onzen that went back to Edo period if I am not mistaken. You can also enjoy fresh hot water right inside your room, which is another great thing about this franchise.

The hotel was nice and very clean. We particularity enjoyed the in-room onsen/bath. Location is great for seeing the castle. Would definitely come back.

We took off our shoes at the entrance and spent the whole building on tatami mats, which was very comfortable. The bath water was of high quality and very relaxing. If I had to say one thing, I would have liked a little more hot water and the satisfaction of a flowing bath. The ice cream and midnight noodles were excellent. Unfortunately, the refrigerator was out of milk drinks in the morning. I thought I would call the front desk to have them refilled, but it was a busy time, so no one answered the phone... Overall, the staff were polite and made my trip to Toyama a pleasant one.
