Pet-friendly Hotels in Toyama

The room is very clean. There is a multi storey carpark connected to the hotel, you can park there if you are driving, overnight parking is cheaper if you pay at the hotel, you just need to validate the ticket at the reception at level 2 everyday before you leave the carpark. They will accumulate the parking fee at the time you check out, hassle free to pay everyday. The coin laundry washing machine is a bit weak to dry your clothes, my advice to those who drive is to bring to any 24 hours coin laundry outside, faster and more efficient. Besides the coin laundry, I will recommend this hotel. Thank you.

The location is perfect. The room is small like a modern business hotel, and you can relax on the bed. However, there was a bathtub in the room so I could take a hot spring bath whenever I wanted. The large hot spring bath was not small, clean and comfortable, and there was also a sauna that could accommodate 5 or 6 people. Free popsicles after bathing and chlorella lactic acid bacteria drink in the morning. Yonai Soba will be provided free of charge from 9:30pm. Breakfast was mainly Japanese food, with a lot of variety, including arajiru soup and seafood bowl.

The room is a bit small but very comfortable. The coffee in the hotel is available at any time, which is delicious. The variety in the morning is very rich. Every time I eat, I am very full. It is so delicious, whether it is Japanese food or Western food. After soaking in the hot spring, there is Yakult in the morning and sorbet in the evening, which is really pleasant. The sink is a little inconvenient in the room.

Compared to the hotel in the station area with access importance from Toyama station, it is offered at a little reasonable price, and it is fascinated by the safe Daiwa Roynet hotel brand and the spacious room I stayed. From the station, it takes less than １０ minutes to the Aramachi tram stop next to the hotel by tram. I walked along the observatory of the city hall, Toyama Castle and Matsukawa, so I walked from the station several times, but it was １５～２０ minutes on foot. On the other hand, it was close to the city, and it was a few minutes to the total Kuruwa Dori street with ＳＯＧＡＷＡ ＢＡＳＥ and department stores, and the glass museum was not ５ minutes, and Toyama Jo castle was also good access to ６～７ minutes on foot. This hotel is Daiwa Roynet Hotel １. It is not the latest making, but the room was as large as expected, cleaned well and comfortable. Unfortunately, it was a city view room, so it was the night view of Toyama's best pleasure town, Sakuragi-cho. I thought it would be even better if the amenities for women were a little more substantial. There was a convenience store across the road, and it was a convenient location without any trouble choosing meals. Recommended for those who want to enjoy sightseeing in Toyama city and want to spend a little reasonable away from the hustle and bustle in front of the station.

I stayed one night on the second day when I traveled alone in Toyama for 2 nights and 3 days. It was a normal business hotel price, but I was happy to see the magnificent appearance of the hotel from the taxi. It was a room type, but I was happy to make a twin room. There was no cheapness in the design of the room and each fixture, and the breakfast restaurant was on the top floor and the view and content were good. I was also able to eat Toyama's specialty firefly squid and black salted. There was lychee in the fruit, and I ate three of them while thinking it was the first time in years. I thought it was a hotel where you could get more satisfaction than the price even if you didn't use the travel discount. If there was Excel Hotel Tokyu on my next trip, I thought I would choose it.

I stayed 1 night at this property. There are just another 2 other international chain hotel in this mid-size city with another one (Doubletree by Hilton) coming in early 2023. Other international guests seems to be mainly employees which visits this city for the Fujifilm site and it seems to cater to also tour groups - during my visit there was a bus load of Korean tourist. Location The hotel is located about 15-20 mins walk from the main Toyama train station. In front of the hotel was a tram stop (serviced by the City Circle tram) and about 5 mins walk away another tram stop which has more frequency. Around the hotel within walking distance are different shopping streets and eateries. Right in front of the hotel is the Toyama castle, and other touristic attractions also within walking distance. To sum up, the property is favorably centrally located. Check In I arrived around 1 pm at the property to a quiet front desk area - however the employees seemed to be busy. However upon noticing my presence, I was immediately called upon. I was informed that my rooms were not ready (I had 2 rooms reserved). However the check-in process was completed and I was informed that I could keep my bags stored and they would be brought up to the room. I only had to come back later to retrieve the room card later. I was upgraded to a higher category room. I was also asked about my option for my Welcome Gift - which I selected for the Welcome drink option. Since my room was with breakfast, I was also provided with a breakfast voucher. All in all a very warm welcome to the hotel. Room I arrived late afternoon back to the hotel - upon receiving my keys I was informed that the bags were already in one of the rooms. I was given two rooms, next to each other at the end of the hallway. The room size was rather spacious and although dated, as in lots of other Crowne Plaza's in Japan, the room was rather dated but well maintained and functional. There was a working desk and a small area with a seating area. The window in the room was on the small side - with a view towards the city area. The internet speed was good and stable - with login via the One Rewards login page. The only small complain is the TV, it was on the smaller side with the usual channel options found in these international chain hotels in Japan. The bed was luckily not on the hard side and sleep quality was good. Climate control was good - with the room maintained at the set temperature. Tea/coffee making amenities and Japanese Yakuta was provided. The bathroom was sufficiently spacious with a bathtub. Water pressure and temperature control was good. Toiletries were in pump size bottled. There was additional amenities provided - which is typical for such hotel level in Japan and in addition the Crowne Plaza sleep comfort package, Skyview Bar To use my Welcome Drink voucher, I used it at the hotel's Skyview bar - which is at the highest floor of the hotel, which is one o

The hotel is not far from the JR station. It is very convenient to take the train to Tateyama Kurobe the next day. The room facilities are very new and the shower water pressure is very strong. When checking in, the front desk clerk was Chinese and the communication was very smooth. The hotel also provides two The free light rail ticket allows you to go to the Toyama Mori Art Museum. The only drawback is that bottled water is not provided in the room. The evening consultation waiter (Japanese waiter) did not tell us that there is a water dispenser on the corridor.

Great location as near the train station and Toyama castle. To get to the castle, after exiting the hotel, turn left, walk straight on for some 100m , then cross the road. By then you can see the river. Just follow the river and you will arrive at the castle. Next to the castle is a public park, an ideal green area in the city to take a morning walk. As we were international guests, the hotel staff gave us free tram tickets to use to get around Toyama. Spacious and comfortable room. Quiet environment to pass the night. Fast, free open wifi. One can have free coffee to drink in the lounge. Nice, spacious lounge with many sofas to sit and relax / to while away time/ to wait for friends.

The hotel is located very close to the train station. There are many restaurants and malls close by. The staff were very friendly, and some were helpful in English. The information booth in the train station was very good for travel info. in English. The hotel has free tickets for the streetcars that were a good way to get around.
