Kinosaki Onsen TSURUYA Ryokan

I had a great time! The food was delicious!

The hotel staff were polite, and the room was clean. The biggest surprise was the massage chair in the room. We stayed for two nights, and both dinners were different. The first night was a crab feast, and the second night was Tajima beef sukiyaki and BBQ. The hotel only has two private onsen baths and no large public bath. There's no bathroom in the room, so if you need to wash your hair, shower, or blow dry, you have to go to Kounoyu, which is a one-minute walk away. However, Kounoyu is very crowded in the mornings, and there aren't enough hair dryers. I suggest the hotel add hair dryers to the guest rooms.

The location of this inn was great, right in front of the river. The breakfast was delicious and had a wide variety of items. The staff were all very considerate, so it was a very comfortable inn!

It's a little far from the station, but the route is all local and walkable, so it's OK. It's right in the middle of the cherry blossom street, which is beautiful in this season. The breakfast and dinner look very rich, but the actual quantity is a bit small. The shabu-shabu beef doesn't come with eggs, probably because the quota is occupied by the hot spring egg experience. The room is large, but it's a bit cold at night with only the air conditioner on. Guests are provided with a 40-minute private soup, which is not bad
