The staff were helpful and friendly, although the do not speak much English. The cleanliness of room was good except that the cupboard doors and walls are quite stained and old. The shuttle service was very good with nice drivers.
Facilities and amenities were very exclusive and good. So was the breakfast! Wish we had more time to explore their facilities. Overall a wonderful experience

Although Yinhua Hotel is located far away, the environment is very quiet because of this. The hotel rooms and baths face the river, which makes people feel refreshed. The staff are all super friendly and kind, and guests will feel at home right from the start of the hotel. We stayed for three days and two nights and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The hotel itself also takes good care of its guests. Amazing staff and service everyone was so nice. Amazing hospitality. We loved everyone and everything about this place. The rooms are very nice and super clean and big apartments. The town is amazing with great food options and things to try. But honestly what made this place shine was the people.
Hot springs are very nice especially out door one sitting while you see the river in front of you.
For sure will book again for this experience if I am in Japan next time.
