The elevator hall was dark with the lights off. The bathroom smelled so bad that I couldn't stay in it for long because of the smell coming up from the drain. Maybe that's why the bathtub plugs were put in beforehand after cleaning. It was so smelly that I left the plugs in two places on the second day, but it didn't change. I chose eco-cleaning for two nights and only changed the towels. There was black dirt on the towels. It was probably dirt that couldn't be washed off. They were clean, but not pleasant for towels provided by a hotel. If you choose eco-cleaning for consecutive nights and only change the towels without cleaning, you can receive a service of about 500 yen, but the ticket is not given at check-in, but after the eco-cleaning is finished. If you stay two nights, it is actually given when you return to the hotel for the second night. You have to choose the service from there. If the ticket is not given from the beginning, it may not be usable during your stay. There is also a discount for the next time, but I don't want to stay at such a hotel again.
