A luxurious hotel, though pricey. The sea-view rooms are absolutely stunning. Its location in Trabzon's most beautiful spot, Boztepe, is fantastic, with two famous restaurants right below it. You can even walk to the Boztepe viewpoint. The area is vibrant, surrounded by upscale neighborhoods, residential complexes, entertainment zones, and restaurants. However, the service was slow, which I didn't like. One day they missed cleaning my room, even though I left the 'Please clean' sign out. I approached the front desk staff, who were polite and helpful, but the room still wasn't cleaned. The breakfast was good and tasty, but the selection was less than what I'd expect from a five-star hotel in Turkey generally.

The view from the room is beautiful. The AC was not working properly. We had to open the windows to cool the room.

The hotel is located on a mountain. If you book a room on the seaside, you can not only see the ocean but also the entire city. Service was prompt; the necessary items were delivered to the room within two minutes. Overall, it was a good experience, suitable for a vacation. However, going down the mountain can be tiring unless you take a taxi.

Overall, a very pleasant stay. The hotel boasts a beautiful view and a quiet location. Even the rooms facing the forest are very pleasant and ensure restful nights. The extremely friendly and helpful staff deserves special mention. The location takes some getting used to, as the hotel is situated on a hillside, about 10 minutes by taxi from the city center. Overall, however, it's a very good hotel that I would happily recommend.

The atmosphere was very wonderful. The general atmosphere in the hotel is suitable for families. The service is good, but the difficulty of dealing is a bit because he does not speak English. In general, it is a good experience.

Honestly, the carpet smelled so bad we had to change rooms. The receptionist in the morning was unqualified for the job and unhelpful. We had to wait from 10 AM until 2 PM to check in, and then she spent another half hour checking us in after 2 PM.

This is the second time staying at this hotel. Just like last time, the service was friendly, the equipment was new, tidy and clean, and the city of Trabb's home was friendly and welcoming, making the whole trip very, very satisfying.
