The Grand Hotel is an absolutely brilliant place to stay! Great food and drink, excellent service and friendly, lively, atmosphere. I have stayed here several times and had a fantastic experience every time!! Looking forward to returning very soon

We stayed here at the start of a short walking holiday on the Kerry Camino. Gorgeous room, staff friendly and helpful. Close to the start of the walk. Dinner in the bar was delicious. Reception gave us a parking permit (deposit 50 Euro) and offered to hold our bags for four more nights while we walk to Dingle. We’ll take the bus back to pick up car & luggage!

Great location Free parking pass with a small deposit Room was nice Double bed Comfortable Over the very nice bar Good staff who don’t bother the guests Good value Breakfast could be better though and heating turned off overnight causing room to get cold Good bar food

The room was absolutely beautiful and so comfortable. Very well cleaned and shocked up. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The food was devine and not overly priced. A brilliant weekend away definitely worth staying. Will be visiting it again in the future.

Very rude and ignorant staff, didn’t take care of guests properly, they made many mistakes with myself and other guests on their system when trying to book with them. They said they would get us a taxi and gave us the impression they would pay for it but then made us pay for the taxi.

Lovely hotel in the centre of Tralee. All of the staff were very helpful, with any questions that we had about getting around Tralee and the area. The rooms were spotless and had a lovely meal in the bar restaurant. The hotel was very comfortable and would definitely recommend, for a business trip.

We had a fabulous meal in the bar of the Hotel. It was very busy on the night as it was women’s Christmas but we were well looked after by a lovely lady called Rosilin. She went that extra little bit to make our night really enjoyable. Lovely lady. Thank you!

Lamb fatty, dreadful chips looked as though they had been fried 5 times over, the overall experience was very disappointing, staff in the dining room need training, we had a word with the manager, not really interested. So no hope for the he young staff. I've noticed this hotel only replies to good reviews, interesting!
