Albergo Maccotta provided the rooms for my wedding guests coming from Italy and overseas. They have been precise, professional and flexible. They went above and beyond fulfilling every request I had. The position has proven to be perfect for visiting the surroundings. They even arranged transport for my guests to the wedding venue with a very short notice. I cannot thank them and recommend them enough.

Siamo stati fortunati a soggiornare all'albergo Maccotta;personale gentilissimo e sempre presente, camere pulitissime e in ordine sempre, tutti i gg asciugamani puliti. Posizione in centro storico a pochi passi da tutto, fermata bus , porto.. colazione con ampia scelta e la signora sempre molto gentile. Ci torneremo di sicuro, grazie a tutto lo Sraff

Albergo centralissimo al centro storico e anche al lungomare, personale, gentile, disponibile, peccato che la sera c'era la gente nella piazzetta che faceva chiasso fino alle 5 di mattina, ma del resto in estate tutto è ammissibile, albergo cmq pulito e profumato

Hotel in pieno centro con un ottimo prezzo la reception molto gentile camere pulite colazione discreta l’unica pecca è il parcheggio sulle strisce blu che non sempre si trova punto forte che essendo in centro fatevi consigliare un posto dove mangiare

In centrissimo a trapani, comodo, pulito, cambiano gli asciugamani ogni giorno. La nostra stanza dava sull'androne delle scale ed era per questo un po rumorosa. Inoltre non c era nemmeno un balconcino per stendere le cose umide. Personale gentile.

Albergo in posizione centralissima, con letti davvero comodi, ma con diverse note dolenti: stanze da rimodernare, bagni da ripensare, colazione inadeguata. Personale discontinuo: alcuni gentilissimi, altri non proprio accoglienti. Peccato, perché per posizione e struttura potrebbe essere un vero e proprio gioiellino.

Posizione davvero molto centrale e comoda al porto e al centro. Personale gentile e disponibile. Struttura dotata di ascensore. L' hotel però è solo parzialmente ristrutturato e noi che siamo capitati in una delle stanze più vecchiotte non ne siamo rimasti particolarmente soddisfatti. La stanza va imbiancata, gli infissi vanno assolutamente sostituiti e il bagno, dal quale a momenti si sprigionava un odore poco piacevole, va decisamente ristrutturato. La pulizia infine può essere un po' più curata: le lenzuola e gli asciugamani erano puliti (anche se questi ultimi erano un po' logori) ma dietro la porta del bagno c'era un ciuffo di polvere e di capelli dimenticati e dietro il bidet giaceva un flaconcino di sapone vuoto...segni questi di una pulizia forse un po' superficiale... Nel complesso, per una notte è andato bene ma per un soggiorno più lungo non penso tornerei o quantomeno mi assicurerei di essere ospitata in una stanza più nuova.

In una recente vacanza decidiamo per quest albergo. La posizione è centrale, il parcheggio auto nelle vicinanza abbastanza agevole anche se a pagamento. La scelta è stat una felice sorpresa infatti l albergo è stato recentemente ristrutturato. Le camere sono belle, funzionali, pulite, nuove. Il bagno perfetto.Il personale prodigo di consigli. Il prezzo ottimo. Una scelta felice e da condividere, peccato solo per la mancanza di colazione che ci ha obbligati a uscire dalla struttura.

L'albergo Maccotta si è rivelato una piacevole sorpresa. In pieno centro, pulizia impeccabile, camera spaziosa e con ampio bagno finestrato. Vicino all'hotel ci sono comodi parcheggi. Sicuramente da consigliare.
